Bard/Dissonant Chord music progression

As per wiki, Dissonant Chord does not progress Bardic Music per day due to system limitation. Putting a quote below for clarity.

BUG NOTE: This class will not progress number of bard songs per day. It may appear that you are gaining songs per day below level 20, but it will even out in epic levels and a 25 Bard/5Dissonant Chord will end up with 25 songs per day and a 20 Bard/10 Stormsinger will end up with 20 songs per day. As compensation, if your character is level 23 with at least 4 combined levels of Dissonant Chord and Stormsinger you will be granted the Extra Music feat for free, so don't take the Extra Music feat if your build will qualify for it and if you want to receive it later for free. We apologize for this inconvenience but it's a limitation of the game engine.

My character (Morgan Monroe) is level 23, including 5 levels of Dissonant Chord, but the promised Extra music feat was not granted. I don't mind waiting a few levels for it, but it would be good to know when that feat will be granted.

The wiki misunderstood and consequently slightly misrepresented the mechanism involved. Extra Music grants 4 songs, and your last regular song arrives at 20; thus, the correct prerequisite is 4 or more bardic PRC levels, and 20 or more bard levels. A minimum of 24 character levels is thus required to ever possibly qualify for a free Extra Music.
