NOTE: Xullrae's biography and character are much more detailed than what appears here, and I can communicate it to the DMs upon their request. However, the fear of meta-gaming leads me to censor a part of it, even though I believe I have already revealed too much here. So please only use in-game what you see or learn in-game.

Xullrae is of average height for a drow, 1.60 m, and solidly built. Her supple body is sculpted by years of hard physical training. She makes it a point of honour to take care of her gait, which she wants to be haughty, and her athletic body.
Her armor or street clothes are always impeccable (whenever possible). She likes to adorn herself with jewels, even sometimes put flowers in her hair braids. She uses various perfumes according to her mood.
She doesn't wear any signs of house appartenance, and no visible religious sign.
She wears two scimitars, one on each hips, and may have other concealed small weapons.
For those who see her fighting it's evident that she is skilled in two weapons use, both offensively and defensively.
Psychological description:
Although no longer part of a noble house, Xullrae has kept the habits: she likes expensive clothes, comfortable rooms, and all the comfort associated with being a daughter of a noble house. She is aware of her strength and skill with blades. She is intelligent and has learned from her mother and sisters to bend without breaking.
Her weakness lies in her relatively low wisdom, which sometimes leads her to react before thinking. (But given her intelligence and upbringing, this only manifests in extreme cases).
She is not inherently evil in the sense that she will not cause harm if not provoked, but she is deeply influenced by her upbringing, which dictates that a person's status or fate is a result of their will: if one is poor or mistreated, it is because they did nothing to avoid it, or they failed.
She takes no pleasure in causing suffering to others and only uses her strength if she feels threatened or if it can help her avoid a difficult situation.
Religious views:
In all her attitude and public saying, Xullrae pray Lloth, like many drow, more by atavism and fear than by devotion.
In fact, (not known unless you are able to read brain) Xullrae was never a devout worshipper, but she did the minimum to avoid drawing the wrath of her mother and her two older siblings (all three are priestesses of Lloth). Since leaving her home, Xullrae's prayers to Lloth have become less frequent, and her certainty are shaken by two circumstances.
First, there is her personal slave Marion, who was a human priestess of Selûne (see details in biography). Xullrae had discovered this and had never reported it to her mother or her sisters, aware that they would immediately sacrifice the poor human. Over time, Marion had given her details about her goddess and had told the young drow that speaking with her could help calm the inner anger inherent in her race.
Then since her arrival in Sshamath and her first incursion to the surface there are the visions/dreams sent by Eilistraee (http://www.candlekeep.com/library/artic ... 112-06.htm).Here is the passage that inspires me. "Eilistraee has always gained converts and made herself known to drow through dreams, visions, and personal appearances (usually seen dancing in the woods under the moonlight)." These experiences intrigue Xullrae and bring forth repressed emotions buried deep within her soul after years of Drow upbringing.
Currently, she claims allegiance to no deity. In her reveries, during moments of calm, she confides her miseries or doubts to a secret deity. She will never admit to whom she speaks, but it seems to have a calming effect on her behavior.

Other notable characters :
Marion :
Marion was captured during the period when my mother had sold me to a gladiator trainer. From what I've learned, it was during a raid on Waterdeep. When my mother reintegrated me into the household, Marion was nearly 60 years old.
She is a human, small, with a round face. The wrinkles around her eyes indicated that she had smiled a lot in her life. (follows a physical description and a sketch of Marion's head). Despite her frail constitution, she had survived because she was relatively spared by my mother, who knew how to set aside her brutal manners when she saw a benefit for the household. And Marion's value lay in being a very good apothecary who facilitated the management of the household with her ointments and potions.
When I was reintegrated, I found myself in my chambers as the third daughter and master-at-arms of the house, and my mother designated Marion as my personal slave. The choice was characteristic of the twisted nature of my progenitor: on the one hand, she only gave me an aged slave, clearly indicating my inferior status, and on the other hand, Marion was able to heal the minor bruises and injuries I received during my numerous trainings or when my mother decided to vent her frustrations on me. In fact, my mother had said to me, "Marion will take care of you, it will prevent wasting spells on a nonbeliever," a statement punctuated by a nine-tailed whip strike.
History
Her two older sisters were competing in the clergy of Lolth, while Xullrae took pleasure in studying warfare and the handling of weapons.
Her mother always hated her for a reason unknown to the young drow. According to her older sister, it was because of her father's attitude.
Having intentionally failed the entrance test to the clergy, Xullrae's mother wanted to sacrifice her. However, her eldest sister, Yasraena, managed to convince her to sell Xullrae to a gladiator trainer with the following contract for her daughter: either she survived and returned strong enough to be reintegrated into the house and serve as a warrior, or she died like the dog she was.
Against all odds, Xullrae survived the experience and was reintegrated, hardened and with solid combat knowledge. Her mother decided to use Xullrae's skills to her advantage and made her the Mistress of Arms of the house. She thought she had her under control and did not hesitate to remind her that she had already used up her lifeline, and that the next misstep would result in a sacrifice on the altar.
The two older sisters were also pleased with the situation, as it effectively eliminated a competitor for succession, and both sought to secure Xullrae's services.
And one day, the second daughter of the house ordered Xullrae to kill the eldest. Xullrae refused, not out of pity or friendship, but because she found the eldest more predictable and less hysterical than the second, and thought life would be less difficult if the eldest took the reins.
Unfortunately for Xullrae, the Matron Mother was also involved in the assassination request, and Xullrae's refusal angered her.
Xullrae was destined for the next sacrifice to Lolth and only escaped by fleeing. The pursuit lasted several weeks in the Underdark, but Xullrae eventually managed to shake off her pursuers. Xullrae was aided in her escape by the house slaves. She had always been understanding with slaves and did not mistreat them. When her mother decided to sacrifice her, the slaves knew (the walls have ears, and Xullrae's mother was not one to hide her feelings and her fits of blood fury) and had warned Xullrae, which had given her a small lead over his pursuers.
Future
Heirloom item
An amulet which was givento her by Marion a priestress of Séluné. Xullrae always wear this amulet (by someone close to her and who witness her caressing it, it's not something you know from just an encounter). Does it have magic capabilities ? Xullrae don't know the only thing she knows is that it helps her calm her inner anger
A scimitar, which was his father's scimitar when he was weapon master of the house. Xullrae lost it when she fled her house. Maybe her elder sister Yasraena took care of it and will be willing to give it back to Xullrae ?
Plot hooks
Return to her house, free Marion and bring her back to the surface so she can see the moon one last time. (Marion is old, and years in the humidity of the Underdark have altered her health, so Xullrae know she will not live long)
Help her sister Yasraena against her mother or her second sister.
