Civilization games can be played with one hand. Civ 5 has a Forgotten Realms mod where you can play as one of the many races/cities. So, if you ever fantasized about destroying Baldur's Gate this is your chance.

It's called "Faerun for BNW", it looks like it has been updated since I last played it years ago.

I like how this topic got resurrected after two years by a spam bot, and people are just going along with it.

Reviving this one once more. I recently discovered Death Roads. Death Race kind of game, turn based deck building game ... or whatever the terms are. Can easily be played with one hand, as you'll only need a mouse.
I like :)

League of Legends, if using the PhantomScript.

One hand. Does that also disallow a controller? Because a host of games can be played using one. Throw big picture mode on of steam, and game on your television with support for your arms.

Reviving this one once more, for a game I recently discovered, and am having loads of fun with.

Frostrain. Free game, good fun for a couple of hours.

Should potentially try out gyro controls with your controller and use Steam input to change it up for one hand.

I haven't tried Crying Suns or Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice, but they seem promising. Remember, everyone's experience varies, so take it easy and see what works best for you. Also, welcome to the forum! I'm relatively new here too, and it's been a great place for finding helpful advice. And hey, if you're looking to make some extra cash, there are these apps can earn real money – they're a game-changer! As for your wishlist, Alien Isolation might be a bit tricky due to its intense moments, but Skyrim and Outer Wilds should work well for you. I'd say give Disco Elysium a shot too; it's more of a detective RPG with minimal keyboard input.
