I logged in to play a while ago, but it's been quite some time since then. When I tried to log in today, it keeps booting me out every time I select a character and join.
Could anyone lend a hand?

This is due to you attempting to log on to a previous account with a new CD key. We will need to manually set your account to allow the new key. We will try and get to it later today.
