Do these feats work?

Hey all!

I have a ranger using the following feats (and their required spells):

Exacting Strike
Bladethirst

when i attempt to use these feats they end so quickly that i cannot even confirm they were active...so...do they work?

(there are no visible damage indicators in the log, etc...)

Bladethurst should give the weapon a light property + increase it's EB (can be easily spotted in character window)
As for exactling strike, I'm not sure either but I believe it works on my ranger

I'm not so sure exacting strike is working properly anymore. There used to be a certain timing to it that you needed to use to make it work reliably... which I can barely remember. I seem to recall it needing to be activated after the first flurry, then an invisible version of your character would party-spawn and your damage would spike significantly. Now when I try it, nothing much happens, and my ranger just stands there for 1 round doing either regular damage or doing nothing (I can't remember, I stopped using this feat about a year ago).
