Sniper Training
Wonder if there was a way to add a feat for increased range of bows/c-bow, Just be kinda neat to shoot from further away!=^^=

Isn't this represented somewhat by Sharpshooting in the OOBI? The physical attack range doesn't change, but the damage is increased with the decreased number of attacks.
Unless you're talking about a non class feat? Either way, I'm unsure of the balance considerations that would call into play, considering there is a limit to map size, spawn areas, etc

You actually already can shoot from longer away. But with the way NWN2's autoattack system works, it automatically forces you to close closer than you need to be. If you click a target and then manually stop moving, you can get some more range out of your ranged weapons than the autoattack range.
Ranged weapons have a Preferred Attack Range of 30, but a MaxRange of 100. So you can attack from 3 times your autoattack range if you manually stop yourself from moving closer after clicking autoattack.

Thats neat but yeah just meant it be a neat non class feat.=^^= No clue about the balance just always felt archers should have more range then magix and if practiced archers could do better then your basic "battle field archer" where they just pepper the ememy with lots of arrows kinda like this...OOBI you mentioned.

Thanks ! Though I wish there was a way to change the preferred autoattack range , guessing it's not possible ?
