In your game installation folder, you should have a file called nwncdkey.ini. It should look like this:
Just enter your keys at the appropiate positions![CDKEY]
Key1=aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-aaaa-...
Key2=bbbb-bbbb-bbbb-bbbb-bbbb-bbbb-...
Key3=cccc-cccc-cccc-cccc-...

Or, if you have the old installation folder still on another hard drive or folder: just copy the nwncdkey.ini from that folder to your new installation folder!
If you have a icon on your desktop for nwn2, just rightclick that and select the second menu point (should be called open folder or something like that), to open the games installation folder. If you installed via gog, open the site of your installed game, select nwn2 there, then manage installation, open folder, done.
