Blindsight or Blindfight Bug

Not sure if Blindsight isn't giving the blindfight feat or blindfight is broken but I did a tally on the number of hits and misses on Verona when she had Ethereal Visage and the tally was 77 Hits, 25 concealed misses, roughly giving the 25% miss ratio that Ethereal Visage provides.
I verified the count today in a run but I first noticed how slow my toon was killing Verona right after the patch. And I have killed her at least 5x already and it's been much the same slower pace.
