Weapon Supremacy
The feat Weapon Supremacy (req. Fighter 18) reads that it adds +1 to AB and +1 to AC. It seems to be applying the bonus to AB but not the bonus to AC.

Are you hitting the Dodge cap? I see no other reason it should fail with this script.

Not hitting the Dodge cap, but this is irrelevant because after making this post, I've logged in on the PC with which I diagnosed the issue, and his AC has bumped up 1 point to its correct value. I'm confident that I'm not losing my mind and there was an issue that was perhaps resolved by resting/logging/server reset. However, I don't have pictures, so we'll just have to assume my mathematical incompetence.

maybe a item wont stack with the feat one dodge maybe on other feat call one weapon

Bug is back again. For reasons I haven't been able to discern, sometimes when I log in, my AC is correctly calculated at 43 (44 with One Weapon). Other times, like right now, it's landing on 42.
Edit: After two transitions, it adjusted back up to 43.
