Deadly Defense and TWF

Hello all.

I read the forums concerning deadly defense and ranger strength two weapon fighting. The forums and the description for the feat says that if I am wielding finesse weapons and wear light armor, I can use deadly defense while two weapon fighting.

I have a 16th level ranger strength based using hand axes (+4/1d4 acid) and he is wearing the bear armor (light). He has deadly defense and I am using 4 on my combat expertise. I am not getting the extra damage, it is not showing up in my window under damage as usual - all it shows is the +4 slashing damage and the 1d4 acid damage. Am I doing something wrong?
