Words of adoration were exchanged among the couple, along with their heartfelt vows. Just as the sun began to set and paint the sky in a vivid pink, the couple sealed their union with a kiss. Cheers and applause erupted, followed by a showering of gifts and an announcement of a wedding party happening shortly after on the beach. With that, another beautiful celebration of love had concluded.

Rumors spread from the Uldoon Trail that a few days ago, two figures crash landed in the northern Greenfields close to the Myradon Vindicators Guildhall. One figure was a tiefling woman, identified as Na'Karia, Flamesister of Kossuth and former vice-archon of the Vindicators. It is rumored that she was in the middle of a crator still that gave off unnatural heat yet suffered no damage from the impact. However she did not appear to be in the best of shape as exhaustuon was clear to see.

Rumors mention a large Thayan Gnoll near the Flamesister, seeming to protect and guard her, though if one could see it before the Gnoll seemed dejected til a group of adventuers arrived to investigate. Along with the rumor of the gnoll, there was a moment where Fire Devils came from over the hill of the Gnarled tree, looking to eliminate the Flamesister while she was in a weak state. Once the devils were dispatched by the shear number of curious adventuers, the Flamesister was taken else where by the large gnoll. It was later found on the road the words "My Product" was left in blood, blood from a gnoll that was killed nearby.

Whatever this means for the Greenfields or the Flamesister, one can only imagine. But there is a tention to the air near the woods in the Northern Greenfields.

A girlish shriek split the night in Greenest, down by the riverside - a girl and her dog, ambushed by two dark figures as she rushed for town aid - but they are too quick, and she's downed, grabbed - but then militia close in, and spells fizzle when teleportation is attempted. The girl is dropped, shot and injured, the dog barking after them as they use cloaking magics to make their escape, from the village and guards.

Rumors in the little hamlet of Greenest slowly spread of the Flamesister of Kossuth returning to her old position as Orniff's assistant in the Greenest Inn. Despite the faint bags under her eyes, it's easy to see that this tiefling is trying to keep herself preoccupied during the winter months. Happily serving hot meals to guests and filling their mugs with drink. When asked why she left in the first place, her only response is:
"Honestly, I'm not sure anymore. Guess it's one of those unanswered mysteries now huh."

Throughout the last couple tenday, travelers along Uldoon's Trail may have caught glimpses of a tawny skinned man garbed in a black or dark brown tabard frequenting the vicinity of one of the smaller ruins atop the flanking hills. If witnessed, his actions were never ostentatious, primarily limited to slowly walking the ruin's modest perimeter if not kneeling, sitting, or standing in apparent silence. If seen during the eve or when Selûne reigns in the night sky, the man's presence is often accompanied with the soft orange glow of a small fire.

In the Inn at Greenest there were murmurs of an Elderly Traveler who stopped in and spoke with the Tavern Keep. Quiet words were exchanged with a few comments to the Tiefling Flamesister who continues to provide the tavern keep with help in certain season of the year. However the Elderly Traveler departed, as did the Tavern Keep after certain words were exchanged. He asked if the Flamesister could watch the Tavern, which she agreed to do so.

Yet the air of the tavern was sullen and an uneasy feeling lingered in the remaining patrons. Regardless of this, the inn remained quiet and the Flamesister diligently kept to her tasks of waiting on those who stopped in and cleaning until the Tavern Keep returned and relieved her of her shift for the day.

From somewhere along the Uldoon Trail, erupted a deafening and long howl, like a spectral and otherworldly choir had sent out some manner of call. Scattered reports would wash in over large and otherworldly Hounds clad in roots scouring through the lands at night in an intense hunt. In the rare cases where it would seem like bystanders had gotten between the Hounds and their intended targets, little remained of such unlucky beings.

Not too long had the spectral shrieking of hounds been heard on the Uldoon Trail, that a different kind of howling echoed upon the Greenfields. As the sun began to set on the 8th Kythorn 1361, loud guttural shrieking from multiple voices was heard from the remains of Tyrelius's tower. The screaming voices, battering against each other in the wind, were accompanied by the occasional booming sound of a thunder-strike, or the rumbling of earthquake. The words spoken were in a barbarous tongue, and difficult to understand, though the tone was one of bold defiance, and the names of Malar, Talos, and Gruumsh were heard on numerous occasions.



After the ruckus finally came to an end, the occasional traveler would find a charred shrine left standing near the broken tower: at the center of the composition was a spike bearing four freshly-severed heads, one of a hill giant, one of a yeti, one of a frost giant, and the last of some strange monstrous Jotun. Underneath it, was left a large, ice-cold liver of some large beast, and to each side a banner, one bearing the insignia of the Destroyer, and the other of He Who Never Sleeps. Many heavy, messy steps had been left around the area, leading both towards the Cloud Peaks, and the Reaching Woods, a foul acidic stench lingered in the air, and no grass was left growing, the entire spot having been turned into a blackened, charred dirt.

What had started as a quiet day at the inn in Greenest where pyramids of clean tankard and glass were slowly built by the Tiefling Flamesister, became a moment where talks of rumors over drinks were discussed, then it grew into more visitors and drinks. For a moment there was life in the inn, a change of pace for once. A welcomed thing, yet when all had left and it was the Tiefling behind the bar along side the dwarf, the dirtied mugs and glasses were cleaned then added back to the pyramids.

On Midsummer, the hamlet of Greenest thrummed with excited (and perhaps uneasy) delight as it played host to a festival in honor of Beshaba, Maid of Misfortune. The scent of roasted meats and spiced breads wafted through the air, mingling with the sweetness of ripe fruits and confections laid upon tables with nary a spot left barren. Casks of strong spirits flowed freely, ensuring no cup remained empty and no reveler remained sober (unless so desired!).

A hush fell across the merriment as dusk neared, giving way to a solemn rite conducted by a priest and accompanying acolyte. Offerings were made, prayers whispered, and misfortunes confessed beneath the watchful eye of the Maid of Misrule. Those present dared not mock the moment. After all, who invites the ire of Lady Doom lightly?

But soon enough, the revelry surged anew. Locals and travelers alike returned to feasting and dance, laughter ringing out as Fate was tempted through games of chance and fortune sought in the scattered bones of diviners. In the flicker of torchlight and the roll of a cursed wheel, joy and dread spun hand in hand.

And as the night deepened, some dared to wonder that perhaps, with a morsel of humility and a whispered plea, they might weather another year's misfortunes... if the goddess willed it.

The Queen of the Laurels, Veronica Highstair... Myradon Vindicator's newest recruit stands outside Greenest, greeting visitors and introducing herself. All... two of them that she saw.

Every few hours or so, she heads out on patrol to cull the local gnoll population using blade and magic.

They laugh at her as she drops her sword trying to disarm them, then she laughs as she blasts their unsuspecting face with negative energy.
