I noticed if you use the exp remover to change some levels to change couple levels and if you already have improve disarm feat and improve knockdown eariler it removes them both. I made ticket for them already. I justed to let someone know in hopes it can be fixed later down the road.

Can confirm, had it happen to me a year or two ago. I suspect post-ToT shenanigans with granting/removing combat feats, but not sure exactly what's wrong.
