The Yatharil Baeniryn, High Priestess and Darksong Knight of the Lady of the Dance, after hearing the song echoing around the Keep, she felt inspired and she went to the Temple of Eilistraee. There, she prayed to the Goddess, and sang to her. The song was simple, not particularly elaborate. If the faithful joined her prayer, she would have asked to join the song as well to revere the Dark Maiden.
//Made the song today hastily, I hope you enjoy it! Credits go to the AIs used, and to the artists who made those pictures.//

A loud commotion was heard coming from inside the Eilistraee shrine, with loud banging noises on the door accompanied by the frantic, fearful, but muffled shouts of a male coming from within. Those close enough would hear that he was calling for guards. Moments after this, the noises ceased and the door flew open, with a male drow seen hurrying toward the administration office. He had spent some time in there, speaking with a clerk before sitting huddled over a parchment form. The form was left with the clerk, and some time after exiting the building the drow returned for another brief visit.
A male drow, unfamiliar to most, was seen being shown around by a hooded woman clad in dark blue and silver. The two moved with purpose, eventually making their way to the Registers Office, where the drow was seen speaking with the clerks and setting an appointment.
What caught more attention, however, was the woman herself. While she kept her hood drawn, those nearby seemed to recognize her immediately. No name was spoken, but the way locals acknowledged her presence without hesitation suggests she’s no stranger to the city’s workings.
The newcomer identified himself as Veszryn A’Darith, looking to set up a new base of operations. A former guide in the Underdark, he speaks about escorting the merchants and travelers through the caves.
*In the streets of the Blue Lantern Keep, rumors would speak of a human man going about grumbling for the lack of Rum. Intent to visit every merchant or vendor, he appears to be a man in misery for lack of his favorite drink.*
"Bugga, Blasts..why is there no rum here?!!"
*He often spills coins, trinkets and even gems and bones on vendors counter*
"Good sir..or ma'am or miss, or both..." *He appears he has trouble determining the genders of some of the locals.* "Please tell me where some rum can be found in this place? Must be someplace? I see humans, surely someone has some rum here? Hmm?" *He looked desperate*
“We drink to get drunk, we get drunk to fall asleep, when we fall asleep, we commit no sin, when we commit no sin, we go to the Heaven's."
More and more visitors seem to be making stops in the Keep - some as new residents, some as new merchants, registering for licenses to trade... a familiar figure, often aiding in the navigation of the small bureaucracy, helping folk find the Administration building and advising on the correct forms. In some cases, even provided letters of recommendation, to a few.

The hooded figure is a frequenter of the Administration building, these days. Forms for licenses are filed, and a trade proposal, being drafted, some rumors say. Discussions about getting on General Morex's schedule are becoming more frequent as well.
Beyond this excitement, there's some efforts to arrange to reserve the Showroom in the Blue Moon Lodge, for an event of sorts. There's no firm details, but the figure and the Madame are often found in discussion, both at the front desk and in the back, arranging food, drink, and entertainment.

There's hustle and bustle around the Shrine of the Maiden in Blue Lantern Keep - tables of food, set out in the square, faerie lights dancing around them. Some sort of festival, a party? Instruments also appear to be set out, like there will be music and dancing after. Very typical of them. What could they be celebrating?

The recent uptick in activity in the Blue Lantern Keep seems to come to a head this cycle. Music and laughter were heard from behind the walls of the Blue Moon Lodge. Locals reported a cheerful and unusually well-dressed crowd gathering at the Lodge, heading to a secluded back room in the Lodge. Drow, humans, and even a dwarf have been seen entering in small groups.
The event seemed to be a private gathering from the outside, but music, clinking of glasses, and waves of cheering made it clear. Whoever hosted it was having a good time. No brawls, no chaos, just merriment and a handful of satisfied guests departing with wide smiles.
Whether it was trade negotiation, celebration, or a deeper alliance forming, the Lodge and the Keep as a whole are seeing an influx of visitors.
Out of the cavernous darkness of the Upperdark, a Stout walks up to the guarded entrance with considered steps, perhaps even a skeptical step. He is afforded entrance easily enough...but for now, ease is a word far from a truthful description in his manners as he slowly walks through this Keep.
None seem to mind him as he passes, thus his travel—and mission...—continue....
It has been some time since his last visit, but the Volamtar of Kraak Helzak returns with interest in the progress his tending to the grove from the past has manifested. Calling upon the magics granted him by the Watchful Eye, Brinn makes attempts at Speaking with the plants, and as well the stone within this cave of these Abandoned Mines, heeding the needs that may be communicated to him, so that this Upperdark grove may develop to provide safe passage to the Stout Folk, and...those other beings that are attuned to nature.
