The Trollclaws experience change — the mountains, the stones themselves gather up in form...—rise and begin to crush and punish Trolls and their kin, relentlessly, fists of hardened earth delivering final blows of fiery touch.

The calm that arises from the cleansing violence is most notable nearest the Dwarven Kingdom of Kraak Helzak, specifically along said pathways most direct to the surface-side gates.

The passageways for the Stout Folk upon the surface—to both depart and arrive to the Kingdom—are said within the Kingdom to be blessed by actions in the name of the Watcher over Wanderers....

At peaceful rest upon the foot of the altar to the Watcher over Wanderers within the exterior courtyard of the Holy Anvil, the Volamtar Brinn observes a trio of adventurers appear and take refuge within the mighty and secure Kingdom that the Stout Folk have established within the otherwise dangerous mountain range of the Trollclaws.

The trio, at a distant, speak many lines of what to Brinn appear to be poetry recognizing the power of nature over all...and that it may benefit those that seek that wisdom held such spirit.

The Volamtar remains quietly at his post, and the trio makes no notice of him, so it seems. But as the Watchful Eye stays mindful of the Stout Folk, this Volamtar remains mindful of what occurs within his newfound home...and makes note.

The Volamtar Brinn, guide under The Watchful Eye, returned to the Kingdom of the Holy Anvil after an extended sojourn into the Greypeak Mountains.

Within the market courtyard of the exterior of the Kingdom, the Volamtar displays an object of interest recovers from his trail finding encounters upon this grayish peaks: an adamantine weapon with ancient Dwarven runes carved upon it.

The older and wiser longbeards were called upon to decipher the runes, of which it was identified as maker marks of forges long silent in the Greypeaks, Cole’s hearths belonging to the once kingdom of Ammarindar dwarves.

The Volamtar Brinn speaks more deeply with the wisest Stouts among the Kingdom, to learn more of this faded kingdom of dwarves. He sees that paths and trails upon which dwarves marched within Ammarindar may be uncovered still, deciding that a larger exhibition should be mounted.

A small army sent from Kraak Helzaks king, marched through the Glimmerwood under the leadership of Faernor Amaritt Stoutshoulder’s. From The Assembly of Kraak Helzak, Bhor Stonecutter joined in. He is pleased with plan and effort made towards their allies of Doron Amar.

The elves, led by Vanira and Councilor Naer’eanque, welcomed the dwarves, offering shelter and space to rest.

Triel to Kraak Helzak; Eberc Smitherman, an emissary smithing man
Image

Eberc Smitherman arrives at the dwarven keep amongst a few fellow companions as they stop by in their trek through the Troll Claws. They all each stop by the merchants to part items for coins an pick up supply for their continued passage home, but not Eberc.

The party of friends depart and the wizard-smith bids his farewells - for now. Ill-frequent are his visits to his citadel amongst the fortified hills and the wizard-smith stops before the mighty anvil to praise and pay heed to these sacred iron block.

After these small holy affairs he heads into the toll-house for all affairs in-and-out the citadel.
Image Entering this exchange-house and place of trade-discussion the man removes that wide-brimmed sun-hat of his and exposes a head of ginger-hair awry or astray with static. He sweeps these locks back and chats with those inside. He states his intentions firmly, holding two leather-bound missives with due urgency to speak with a figure-head of the settlement. There's a small mote of disappoint to find Bhor's absence as the dwarf recently left for Doron Amar, yet despite this the magi insists his people's mission be heard.

One is written in Common and bears words from House Marshall while the other is an exact copy of the former only transcribed perfectly into Dethek by the wizard-smith himself. The Gondar does try to ease a laugh in this tense moment of diplomacy, saying stone tables would have been far too weighty for the trip.

For the time being, until sent away or seen by one of the presiding figures of Kraak Helzak the Gondar makes it known he'll be around the settlement. After these events at the toll-house he heads to somewhere to rest.
Image
Here he finds warmth, comfort, drink, and good food in the Burning Troll. A moment of respite by the knispering fireplace. He appreciates the crackling warmth of a contained flame as he sips on a weighty mug of dwarven stout beer.

His calculating green eyes fixate on the source of heat as he contemplates about the times and trials to arise.
Image A few tomes and ledgers sit before him on the table, as well quite a few dwarven stouts. The man quietly drinks, writes, studies, and enjoys the dwarven delicacies offered starting with a robust and spiced mushroom stew, strips of bacon, and roast boar to finish it off. Stuffed, satisfied, and most definitely inebriated the man makes to a rented room.

For the time, until he's been seen or heard from, he maintains his stay at the Kraak. He keeps mainly to himself and dares not to wander into those troll dwelling hills these good dwarves call home, too.

Report from the defensive line in Glimmerwood.
The enemy struck once, twisted drow and demons surged forward and the defenders stood firm. Amid the chaos scrying and magical sendings was used to relay vital information. Scouts regulary patrolled the woods, reporting movements and keeping the line alert.
After the assault, Captain Lylan'Synor Syr'Asiryn sent word via magical sending: her strike teams had begun their attack on the enemy stronghold. Their success ensured no further waves reached the Gem Mass.

Thanks to the combined efforts of Doron Amar and allies, like King Dovkin Battlehammers dwarven soldiers and The Assembly of Kraak Helzak, the volatail Gem Mass in Glimmerwood was secured. The wood is safe, for now.
