Is there a magic bag for scrolls or potions?

My inventory is full of scrolls and potions. Isn't there a container for sale somewhere—like magic bags—where I can store at least the scrolls and maybe potions too?

Not in the moment, but implementation of such containers was discussed some time ago. So, possibly in the future?
