This update: More Inventory Customization

Unread post by KOPOJIbPAKOB »

Media team presents an expanded icon selection for inventory customization that went live this update!

As many of you know, Appearance kit allows you to change an icon of any inventory item to what you like. The selection was limited to vanilla options for each item category, but after this update, it was expanded to include thousands images. Some of them were dusting in game files for years, some were recently added exclusively for BGTSCC, but now they're all avaliable at your disposal.

Beyond just vastly expanded selection, this change provides additional neat features. For example, you can choose backpack icons for cloaks or plants / mushroom for potions. Options are numerous, so knock yourselves out!

Below, I recorded a small guide how to change icons. The trick is having the object of manipulation in the first slot and keeping the following two empty, the new icons will show after the next transition.

If this lets me finally make my Blueberry Muffins of Healing, I will by quite pleased.
I play a baker. Sometimes she provides counseling or treatment.
Ask about our Breadflower daily special to save five coppers off a purchase of five pastries.
She seems unusually interested in cursed items.
She has also been seeking a variety of gems and stones.

This is great, I've spent hours playing with it and organizing my inventory. For some reason though, the icon editor does not like short swords. I tried editing mine, as well as some mundane ones from NPC in nexus, and the log result is the same: Icon for Short Sword cannot be changed.

Should be fixed for next update.
