Blooded Feat not factored into Initiative Roll

As title; the Blooded feat gained by half-orcs doesn't add +2 Initiative to the Initiative diceroll mechanic (the ones simulated alongside placebo attack rolls, etc.)

Extremely minor thing that I remember from Mimic events!
