Camden stands 6'2" tall and would possess a fit, lightly muscled physique and broad shoulders. The entirety of his flesh would be a coppery, orange tone and his large eyes would be a darker, more fiery hue. He sports a shaggy, almost shoulder-length mane of silvery-white hair that is alive with small tendrils and tongues of flame that dance it's surface. The flames radiate no heat or burn him / his attire but speak to his quasi-elemental nature given he is a fire genasi. They are not illusory and therefore could not be dispelled using any magic.
Were one to ignore the fact he is indeed a fire genasi, his features would mark him as seeming of Chondathan extraction.
His features are well-defined, angular and handsome, with high cheek-bones and ears that taper to a tip, similar to a half-elf's. He is usually clean-shaven and well-groomed, ensuring that his attire is for the most part spotless of dirt beyond his boots - much to his chagrin (but unavoidable) given he spends a lot of time outdoors as a trained ranger.
Camden is usually encountered wearing a burgandy coloured uniform. The outfit consists of a broad brimmed hat set with a large white and orange-tipped feather (that of a sun-falcon) in it's buckled band and a long coat both woven from high-grade, durable cloth. The forearms of the coat are further reinforced with brown leather and a sturdy belt would be worn around his waist atop it. Affixed to the breast of the coat is a circular disc, fashioned from burnished brass showing the sigil of a sun. Another larger disc crafted from the same material would be affixed to his belt depicting a more stylised version. The genasi treats his coat and hat as some of his favourite possessions and takes utmost care of both.
Beneath his coat, his under-clothes are far less ostentatious, opting for comfort in the form of relatively plain-looking brown leather britches and a plain cream hued shirt. His boots are well-cobbled and fashioned from sturdy brown leather that are built to withstand long periods of extended travel. Camden also usually wears a plain tan/brown scarf around his neck and finger-less brown clothes over his hands. His fingers would be slightly callused from continued usage of his bow.
He walks confidently and upright with good posture and fairly nimble and agile, though his natural dexterity would more factor into his excellent hand-to-eye co-ordination, steady hands and aiming with his longbow. Psychological description:
Camden is serious, determined and stoic, but not lacking in humour. He believes he is marked for some important destiny given his elemental nature does not owe to the presence of any genie in his ancestry and a result of Amaunator's own power indirectly serving to have shaped him at the very point of birth.
Based on this belief he takes his Amaunatori faith and duties as a member the Brotherhood of the Glorious Sun seriously. He is not arrogant about this, but would state (or argue) in a matter-of-fact way that this makes him somewhat special and it would fuel his ambition to prove himself to others.
Other than his appreciation for fine clothing, his personality would be in contrast to other fire genasi who are often more passionate and extroverted. Camden might only show indications of this when (some times zealously) speaking of his faith or being quick-to-act in battle, though he is patient and calm and generally more on the introverted side, preferring his own company (and his wolf companion, Warden).
Camden deeply admires people of talent and skill who pursue mastery and perfection as long as these are in areas that are beneficial to a well-ordered society.
Though Camden is a ranger and acknowledges that the wilderness is an often chaotic and violent place, he both respects and finds much beauty in the natural world and adheres to upholding the balance as all rangers and druids tend to.
Religious Views:
Camden is devoted follower of the Risen Sun Heresy which claims that the deity Lathander is Amaunator's reincarnation and furthermore that the Morninglord's re-transformation into the Yellow God was nigh. The genasi's faith largely owes to his adoptive father being a Sunmaster (a cleric of the same faith) and his elemental nature which he inteprets as a sign of favour.
Camden regards Lathander with respect and holds to his ideal of self-perfection but ultimately perceives him as a new name under which Amaunator is revered by people in the modern age.
To a lesser extent Camden would occasionally pray to the demi-god, Gwaeron Windstrom. He was made aware of the Master of Trackers when being mentored by his foster-father's friend, Darvin 'Greybeard' to become a ranger. Through his awareness he learned of the balance and how to survive out in the wilds.
He is aware of the other gods, but would only occasionally pay lip-service to them. Selûne would perhaps be the one he'd most often pay his respects to when traveling or hunting during the night. Of the others he is most wary of Mask and Shar given he has delved into learning the methods of shadowdancers, faintly worrying if his flames will diminish and he'll stray too far from Amaunator's light in doing so.
Finally, Camden would know of Kossuth, yet despite his own elemental and fiery nature, he doesn't feel a connection to the god, seeing the Firelord's followers as a destructive force and possessing questionable morals.
Camden joins the Brotherhood of the Glorious Sun.
