Died, Got Stuck, Relogged, Weird Stuff Happened

I was in the Forest of Wyrms, fighting the Flesh Demons and the pig guy. I was dispelled, got my ass beat, and died. I did not go to the Fugue, and was stuck dead on the ground. So, I logged out and rejoined server. Notably, I forgot to join on Server 2 directly. I ended up bouncing back from S1 to S2, as normal. However, my DMFI disappeared. I resurrected to Soubar, and the problem persisted. So, I logged back in again, this time remembering to join directly on S2. DMFI tool reappeared, and everything was normal, except it was my previous state (with buffs), and the 25 minute death timer was gone. I am able to play normally, but figured logging a record of events would be helpful.
