Deep Gnome Spell-Like Abilities

Good day,

Wanted to make a post about this.

Currently, Deep Gnomes get Blindness/Deafness, Entropic Shield and Invisibility.

However, the Underdark sourcebook says they should be getting Blindness/Deafness, Blur (Displacement) and Disguise Self.

They should also have permanent Non-Detection spell on them. Im not sure if that's possible, so can it be added as an SLA as well?
