Two little proposal

Hi

I'd like to see (someday) a couple of little improvements from the Pen & Paper rules (3.5 Edition).

1- I'd like to have the chance to get the Weapon Focus feat for bastard sword with only the Martial weapon Proficiency (just to use it as two-handed only).

2- I'd like to see the spiked gauntlet item as non-magical weapon (1D4 base damage)

Just a thought, not sure if it would satisfy you, but you could use a dagger (1d4 damage) and set the appearance to invisible (if there is such an option). Then choose a set of guantlets/bracers with the bladed/spiked appearance. And "pretend" you are using those as a weapon. Of course, this would only be possible if there really is an invisible weapon model.

Not spiked (or piercing), but think the kama weapon type can be set as metal claws. That may be something to consider?

There are also gloves with bonus piercing damage, which is effectively spiked gauntlets. But that does count as magical mechanically.
