During the previous Tendays, within multiple districts of the famous city of Baldur's Gate, a lone wanderer stopped at or near instances of water, be they bodies of, flowing streams or fountains cascading, where said element pooled or was allowed to flow hither and thither. In each instance of pause and patience, the figure—whom was observed to by themselves of a watery caste and color—employed the Power they wielded to apply either a spiritual or practical cleansing. Each moment, each gesture began with the figure taking a small drink from the source, a pause, then a adequate response in form of practice.

He—for it was easy to determine it a him—was of movement and care himself to not be bother nor create bustle, his action existing for the moment then transforming into the past, or future, leaving little trace, except perhaps a greater purity in the treated element.

It was also seen, by those with eyes to such movements of beings acting with a touch to not disturb as they passed within and throughout the City, that this figure appeared and disappeared by way of the entrances to the lower reaches of the Gate, the sewers, or bowels far below, with an ease as to someone that was intimately familiar with the passages.

Some observers may have seen, though difficult to describe and further to be believed, that this wanderer, almost priestly in his means, this persona slipped below, in transitory form, through the grates laid upon many the cobblestone streets, as if his being was more than just water-born.....

In the Wide, a Blonde man is seen wandering to the Darius Estate. He leaves a brooch bearing an ornate "D", and a set of keys with Joy the Barkeep, before departing.

Rumours about have it, several weeks ago a handful of dockworkers, merchants of the wide, and the ever-curious common folk within Baldur's Gate witnessed Nathka Blacksand, Khazark of the Thayan Enclave, departing the city through its gates with a single packhorse heavily burdened beneath crates, satchels, and bundles of supplies for what seemed long journey. The movement seemed hurried yet deliberate, and though little attention was paid at the time, those who recalled the sight would later find it difficult to forget. Since that day, the Khazark has not been seen again coming or going into the Enclave, or the city and whispers have steadily grown that she has vanished without warning.

In the weeks that followed, Thayan Knights and Red Wizards were frequently seen travelling the city in pairs, questioning merchants, caravan guards, adventurers, and travellers alike for any sign of Nathka or the direction she had taken. Some were even reported venturing as far as Soubar and the territory surrounding Darkhold, though the locals there proved unhelpful, if not entirely stand-offish and no credible trail was uncovered, only vague rumours. The searches appeared to concern more than just the Khazark herself, with rumours suggesting the Thayans were equally just as intent, if not more so, on recovering something that had disappeared alongside her.

Whatever the truth may be, the gossip throughout Baldur's Gate has settled upon one conclusion: Nathka Blacksand has abandoned the Thayan Enclave and her seat of power, leaving behind both the station she has held for a half-decade and those who once looked to her for direction. It has yet to be determined though, why the elusive leader of the Enclave had disappeared with such deliberate intent.

Beginnings

“The greatest realization in one’s life is this,
You don’t have to follow others.
Creating your own path is creating a new path for the world!”

Most people follow the path that everyone before them has trodden. That’s the quick way to avoid being a genius. The genius, and the fool and madman, always create brand new paths, upon which no other person has ever set foot. Nothing is more depressing than the “role model” if that means copying someone else. That’s how to kill off genius. The genius is he who has no precedent. He doesn’t copy anyone. He goes beyond everyone else to unknown and unexplored places.

Theren Moonbrook: *She peered around the stack of books that was a few books taller than her head* " Hello again Sel. " *Then around the other side a wink from that dead eye of hers to Jak'ha in greeting*

Sel : *He chuckles and lofts a brow seeming amused* "Easy luv, yer becom'n like some folks o' round here...take'n in more than they can chew...books wont go no where besides...what yer want to be collecting..are those unread Dusty Tomes..."

Jak'ha: *gives a lazy wave.* "Hey Theren."

Theren Moonbrook: *Tilted her head around the books.*" I'm keeping them, and yes.. I have- 14 of those, One on a the very interesting habits of vermin.. and I've managed to lock away.. 13 names.. though- I don't recommend anyone ever using them. "

Jak'ha: *Raises a brow. "...what is the use of a name if one is not using them?"

Sel: *He glances at Ja'ha* "Aye wot she said, that's like holding a drink but not drink'n ..yer only mak'n yer self miserable"

The cycle of life is a cycle that always seems to repeat itself. The path may very with different variables like the when the why's and the hows. But more often than not, its a never ending course destine to continue. New faces arrives, old faces attempts to lure them to the cause, which ever their cause. Once obtain, the new ones tend to realize it was all for self gains and they were merely placements to fill a void. Groups race against each other for the same assets. But why? In the end its like having a caged bird eager to be free . I much rather lift a hand and await for it to trustingly feed from my palm, because only then, I know trust was given. And when trust is given , loyalty follows.

Sel : *He looks at Vanessas attire* "Lass...I got barmaids wearing better or no clothes or naked...*He reached into a bag soon pulling out a pouch of coins* "Go pay a visit to House Divine...give the matron this and tell her Sel sent ya"

Vanessa: [Talk] Uhm... Alright. *She raises both eyebrows. She takes the gold after all.* I... thank you. Perhaps we can talk before you leave? *She looks at him uncertain.*

Sel : *He looks at Vanessa* Remember lass..Tell her Sel sent ya for a fitting.. "Ten bags is her normal fee unless she's increased it "

Vanessa: I will remember!

Real influence begins with trust, to make one feel obligated is merely just one means to an end. The quick wit, the cunning, knows its foolish to be restricted to limitations. Like a scholar I've met. Why only open yourselves to one side of the knowledge when there's an vast endless sea of it in all directions? An opportunist knows never let an opportunity to simply slip by. And I've become a man rather far too bored of late that I may just bring about some fun with these new people. Weaver of a web , perhaps its time once again to create a new story, something different..something others can get involved.

During the time when the sun sets and the night begins to shroud the city in its darkness, when lanterns and lamps were lit aflame to illuminate the streets of the market square, merchants and browsing passerby's would had seen the name named Sel with a questionable reputation speaking comfortably and casually with some new faces . He never seemed to pressed either for work or company, he made offers of advice and assistance if ever the need arises. Knowledge and trinkets promised, would he keep such a promise? Was he known for keeping them? Only those that really knew the man would know full well how far and beyond he would go to keep his word. Followed was a pass of coins to a woman whom appeared to be a working commoner. It would soon be later that he was seen leading the woman to the Undercellar. What ever the reason was, wasn't by his accord. More so upon the timid woman's very own request.
“We drink to get drunk, we get drunk to fall asleep, when we fall asleep, we commit no sin, when we commit no sin, we go to the Heaven's."

A Waterwalker enacts a momentary altar to the waters that cleanse and rejuvenate all. His actions towards all that would receive from the Water Lords bounty, is to rinse and purify the waters beyond normal, speaking calm words to each common visit of: "Blessing in transformation...."
