Appraise Skill?

Can someone explain the update to the appraise skill. I'm have an appraise skill of 75 and I'm not getting the same price as I was before the update today.

When buying, appraise alone should now only give up to 15% discount. Which is achievable with around 30 appraise.
The sell bonus no longer boosts your price of items sold, instead it gives a flat (About 1 per 2 appraise ranks) boost to max gained from selling items to merchants.
So if you have say 30 appraise, and try to sell in the Wide, you can get up to 1515 per item, instead of 1500 max that was before.

Still a 40% discount max. There is no longer a random dice discount on top. It's a flat % based on your appraise and certain feats to hit 40%. The randomness caused some issues and exploits at times, it's removed.

The 91% is misleading. It's taking the original markup stores - some are pretty high. I'll fix that so it's only based on the appraise and you can tell what your won discount is. There isn't really a point to know the markup of stores anyways. Markups are based on each vender, Epic stores for example have very high markups. I'll adjust this next update so it only shows you're actual haggle amount.

All the epic stores have been adjusted to be the same, including Sshamath which for some reason was alot cheaper then it should of been.
