Some DMs even admit to not using proper source books DCs (like, not even that they modify it by circumnstance modifiers), but rather take the skill points your level should have with maximum investment and add onto it 5-10-15-20 depending on the "challenge" they want the skill to have.
Yeah, it should be compulsory for DMs to read and memorise the contents from this page: http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/skills.htm

But since we know one can get CL 29 plus BAB 26+ with Augment Form and buffs (Tenser's), if your not taking advantage of this, you are making something other than a gish, or just a weak gish that has other (hopefully) skills or Skills the combat proficient gish does not!
The wiki states that it only works with 'Polymorph and Shapechange' - hence no low to medium BAB from casting that Tenser's Transmutation.

And the previous point still stands.

While not compulsory, an idea of what DCs are appropriate should definitely be the ruling principle over "Character level + 3 + 10 for DC."

And one can always alt tab to check things for important matters.

your character hoihe, it is the classic trying two different things with a single build. if you would have stayed with one or the other, then you would have much more success. in my opinion. a int/dex based melee swash/D/Temp/WM would have more success than if you had added the wiz. same if you had just gone int/dex with a wiz build, but that would still be a armored caster/blaster. having your CL in the low 20s is like not having any spells at all. that is unless you are (like vale mentioned) going into areas that do not have any dispells at all. i am sure the build shines it's brightest there. if you are just using your spells for offensive blasting and short term buffing, then you should also find some success even in areas where dispells are cast. just recast and go again. with all your int you will have plenty of spells to go around. long term buffing is just not going to be reliable in places with dispel. i understand the plan with int going into a lot of places to help you kill and avoid being killed, but it is spread between two different styles and make all of them less than optimized.

Yeah, I know that page exists! But the Forum page for Polymorphing 1.1, where this all started, has stated something different from the get go (and, not to knock Nachti, there have been times when he did not correctly update the Wiki correctly!).

So really, if Tenser's is now off the new Polymorphing changes, that sucks. And I wish things were more clearly stated (when changes go from one thing to another). :|
