Fliers have been posted up in several towns on the Coast. The bottom of the parchment bears a small symbol of Chauntea, suggesting the nature of the market's organizers, as well as a few points of contact:
Rowan Quinn or Maelis Warren.
Farmer’s Market
Residents and visitors of the Coast are invited to attend a Farmer’s Market, hosted in
Greenest on the 18th day of Nightal. Please contact the organizers if you wish to reserve a stall to sell your wares. Find fresh produce, baked goods, cooked delights, crafted wares and more in the Greenest market square!
Now hiring extra hands for help with set-up, live musical performances, clean-up and more.
(( OOC: Farmer's Market on Friday, December 18th starting at 21:00 GMT at Greenest. Anyone can set up a stall, browse wares, or just socialize at their own whim! We'll have a few stalls available to rent as well for those who don't have them. In Soubar, near the Black Abbey an announcement is made by a guttural and probably undead voice.
The dark mass is announced, for the adoration and worship, of Lord Bane, is to happen in one tenday.
A few parchments are spread across the town and the tradeway, announcing the dark ritual to take place in the Black Abbey.
Faithful of the dark gods...
Come to learn of Bane , the Black Abbey doors are open.
For those that wish to learn.
In only a tenday.

Curious Fliers are found stuck to most of the Message Boards around the Coast, in the Gate and Friendly Arm and elsewhere.
The Bladestone Foundation
Invites any warriors, mercenaries, knights, adventurers of any type or others of any interest in fighting or watching to a tournament in the area of Greenest!
There will primarily be free-for-all pit fights with up to 10 participants in one round.
1. All participants go into the battle without prepared warding magic on them.
2. All participants pledge to not heal themselves in any capacity when the fight has been started.
3. Shadowwalking (Stealth) is limited to a maximum duration of a minute.
4. No magic that is guaranteed to be lethal or illegal may be used. Other magic is viable.

The winner of such a free for all will go home with a new, prized item.
Winners of a round may not participate again.

Fliers are posted in several locations throughout the Sword Coast, namely the city of Baldur's Gate itself. The parchment is stamped with both a symbol of Chauntea, as well as that of the Ironwood Lodge.
Citizens of the Sword Coast,
It is our pleasure to invite you all once more to join in the celebration of Springtime. This year's Greengrass festival will be held in the Northern Farmlands just outside of Baldur’s Gate. Those with coin to spare may bring flowers to give to those in need, as is tradition. Those flowers will either be worn or scattered into the fields, a gesture for the gods and spirits to usher in the summer and bless the lands for the harvest.
Beyond the typical festivities, and though the storms this year have been ferocious, we will be serving food and drink for all involved, as well as opening stalls to locals who wish to sell items. Near the end of the festival there will be time for a small blessing of the fields. Any who wish to plant seeds during this time may request seeds from the Chauntean clergy.
Those seeking to participate in festival preparation or execution, whether to provide supplies, relief to locals hit by recent calamities, entertainment, or other aid, may leave word for Rowan Quinn or Maelis Warren at the Temple of Chauntea.
((
Greengrass Festival Saturday, May 1st, 20:00 GMT / 16:00 EST. Feel free to PM myself or
LazyTrain with any questions! ))

As talk of the Murder Mystery being postponed is spread, old posters are torn down to be replaced by new flyers, announcing another event. There is still talk of doing a Murder Mystery on some day in the coming weeks.
//Saturday, April 17th at 4pm EST.//
//Murder Mystery had to be postponed due to player unavailability at the time, it will be done later as it's own standalone event, so look forward to that!//

Those entering Fort Prominence are handed flyers by Blackrose's drow Mistress of the Ballroom. Those outside--those in Soubar, the Gate, Friendly Arm Inn, Greenest, Nashkel, and Beregost--will be handed them by the Gurri shaman Brianna and her mad hatter, Locke. Several light-hearted rumors also sprout of the house's ability to find garb for the occasion, or lack thereof.
((OOC: Next Friday, April 30 at 4:00 pm EST/8 pm GMT is the Gala! There will be plenty of extra in-game advertising, so keep an eye out for extra details! Also, 5 gold = 500. In-game advertising will say 500 coins, I may adjust what's said on the poster later but I thought it was odd to pay even 500 for a letter and jar.))
