Instead of donating RL monies—or pay-to-play schemes—for personal gain, I would be willing to give RL money anydayoftheweek to Luna and/or Staff if that would actually support their RL time—even if just a few hours—to push forward getting online some of the custom content that has been sitting in the queue for like 2 years or more.
That way everyone could enjoy it.

But isn't that what Rasael is trying to do?

Granted I know this is not all the content, but I'm a bit confused that we have a poll up about implementation of content that is nearly 50/50 on getting in, yet I see comments all the time about wanting new content implemented.
Putting on my project managers hat it really just needs someone or a group to prioritize what is highest to lowest priority and then have everyone associated with building, coding, qc, etc. to only focus on those few items deemed highest priority. Get those items only ready for release (and I mean truly ready, coded, checked, cross-impacts checked, tested and put into whatever non-prod environment there is and treated again (if one ecosystem)) and then implemented.
If anything based on my reading the biggest issue is whatever resources we have from volunteers with the skill and desire to improve the sever work on their own pet projects rather than a focused drive toward the specific content/fixes/whatever that would lead to actual updates.
Then again since I can't see through the veil it could very well be that they've simply hit a road block that grinds things to a halt or that they simply haven't had the time to dedicate toward finishing any of the content.
Wish I could help, truly. However, I doubt people working on this in their personal time want to be told what to work on or given any kind of deadlines. If Luna and the staff feel their would be a benefit though, I'm certainly willing. I'm a business analyst and also have Project Management experience so if defining prioritization or putting together requirements or user stories would help feel free to PM me.
