Good catch. Still should be easy to move a few stats around to get one more dex and the imp 2wf feat. Like I said, it isn't my build. Just a starting point for some ideas. I altered the builds linked though to hopefully at least make them correct for the server rules regarding tempest.

Maybe something along these lines.

As said previously I have chosen to build F18/5T/7WM

http://nwn2db.com/build/?250571

He is not a tank dwarf, he is built for damage. As for AC I think it will be sufficient for the roll he will play ie not tanking.

Tempest Defense and improved 2 weapon defense give ac boosts to dodge and shield, I have combat expertise for AC boost when needed and with such a high AB it will probably remain in combat expertise mode.

can always revert to a shield in real sticky situations.

Mithral Breatsplate is the goal, and a +3 DEX boost will give added AC (+5 total from dex)

I have rolled him to lvl 10 and he is very effective! at this lvl anyway, he did tank for a group of 3 in Gnoll cave with shield and combat expertise at lvl 8.

He solos well enough to lvl alone. Goblins are becoming pretty easy now, it does help that I scored a good axe (Mithral Mirror) which has 20 something spell resistance, +3 enchantment so make a meal of casters :)

So been rethinking this build and possibly getting more AC from going a Dervish dip

http://nwn2db.com/build/?250571

Ok, with the following items

Mithral breastplate +5, +4 deflection, +4 natural, +4 dodge, +4 Armor

This build will get me 49 AC (think i calculated correctly, let me know if i didn't)

I can bump it up with a combat expertise to 53 AC

AC : 10 (base) +5 (DEX) +5 (mithral brestplate) + 3 (tumble) +1 (LoH) +2 (tempest AC) + 2 (dervish AC) + 2 (improved two weapon defense) + 1 (armor skin) +4 *4 (dodge, natural, enchantment, deflection) = 47 AC, 50 with CE which is fine.

Other than that two things : you have to take your first dervish level at 6 and not 5 (BAB requirement) otherwise I would delay the last three dervish levels to get epic weapon specialization (drop great STR and use a +3 STR item or drop epic prowess and use a +2 STR item).

The problem I see with your latest build is lack of Evasion and Uncanny Dodge, which is pretty spectacular for not losing your DEX based AC when flat footed or flanked—dwarves hate being caught flat-footed, and I've even heard it is a great insult in some Clans!! ;)

You could achieve almost the same power but with better survivability if you chose Fighter (12), Dervish (10), Rogue (4), Anointed Knight (4).

Sure, less crits, but once your build runs into crit immune mobs or gets reflex save spell spammed...well....

No, F12/Derv10/Temp5/Ro3 ist the classic split. ;)

In that case, I would personally opt for 4 levels of Rogue, 4 levels of Tempest, for Uncanny Dodge.

You need to drop improved crit - you can get it easy from wands.
Reduce starting strength to 16 - frees up 3 points. 1 goes to intelligence, 2 go to constitution.
Use the extra feat slot for Epic Weapon specialisation by doing what Vale said.
Use a +3 strength item.
Draviir - Luskanite mercenary and trader of exquisite goods.
Quinath Nar - Monastic warrior from Waterdeep

It's more than enough AB with expose weakness. And sadly a melee build without evasion suffers a lot on our PW.

Take Oversized before TWDefense. And for sure not as an epic feat.
Oh and you missed expose weakness, take it asap.

Start as a rogue for more skillpoints.
I would change starting stats to 15,16,17,14,8,6. (+1dex,rest in str)
And take toughness/steadfast for the TWdefense feats.

Can you get evasion from items or wands?
