Sorcerers are more powerful than Wizards, as far as "mechanical raw power" is concerned, the moment you get the ASoC PrC. Spontaneous casting + Imp. Metamagic is the strongest option an arcane caster can benefit from, dot.
Sorcerers don't need any more power. They reach good DCs, and even though they usually are a point or two below a specialist DC Wizard, they can re-cast the spells they need on demand, without preparation. Giving them more DC would be absurd.
They do need the possibility to switch spells at level-ups, though: that's a QoL improvement that is very much needed, when RCRing is so costly, time-wise.
I didn't think I would ever see another request to buff Sorcerers or Wizards...that's 2011 stuff.
+1, because even if a full-RCR were offered to Sorcerers, you still have to find a DM and sit in nexus going through the level up screen one level by one. They do need the possibility to switch spells at level-ups, though: that's a QoL improvement that is very much needed, when RCRing is so costly, time-wise.
