The wiki should probably be updated to indicate the RTA Sneak damage at level 1, as should the in game class description.
That said, 1 level is enough, though honestly with AT there is benefit for all 10 levels, should you be able to fit them. I posted some of the standard AT builds earlier in the thread so I'll just quote it here for those interested in the Arcane Trickster route.

Can't look at your build from work, but in general, for an RTA sneak with DSM you could either go W6/R4/DSM10/AT10 which would have a CL of 29, or you could go W14/A8/DSM8 which would have a DL 25 and HiPS, or, finally you could go W14/R3/SD3/DSM10 (or AT10) for HiPS and CL27 (or 28 for AT).
Personally I think AT is more important for a Ranged Touch Attack caster than DSM since it allows you to apply your sneak attacks on your RTA's... R10/SD3/W7/AT10 only gets CL21, but still gets 9th level spells as well as Epic Precision as well, which, while you can't depend on not getting dispelled, you can use Invisible needle for unlimited RTA sneak attacks as well as having HiPS.
Lots of fun builds for RTA's, but IMO DSM works better as a Gish vs. just using Daggercast, and also works better with Warlock builds than Wizard (again, IMO).

I made this eons ago and never played it:
Daggerlock

For those of you who have knowledge of warlock/ daggerspell interaction, please feel free to critique as it looks like a nifty build.
I do not know how charisma affects a warlock or whether it is worth the warlock in melee instead of his blasts.
Feel free to blast (I mean critique). Hopefully some knowledge will come from it.
I think you have focused too much on getting to BAB26, losing a lot of Warlock casting progression in the build. The issue I see is that 10 APR gives 4 sneak attacks out of stealth while 12 APR still gives 4 (though 13 gives 5 and flee the scene gets you there). In addition, you only have 4d6 sneak dice so your first flurry out of stealth isn't going to add all that much damage. Meanwhile, Hideous Blow only applies to your first attack each round. Basically every attack of your 12 is going to do poor damage, so I don't think the build will perform very well.
Dragon Slayer is a good in theory/bad in practice class for Warlock as there is not a real good way to build a 'Glaivelock' on this server. In general, for a DSM you want every class to either increase your blast dice or your sneak dice, or give HiPS. If you don't want HiPS, I would recommend dropping DSM and building either a blaster or a Power Attacking glaivelock (though as I stated, I think you'll still be disappointed). End of the day a daggerlock with Invoker level 25 and 4d6 sneak dice is not going to do good damage. Your 12 APR just won't do much for you and with no HiPS and limited sneak dice you just seem spread too thin.
