Would it be possible for the people who have the time to make a list of creatures with incorrect DR and what it should be ?

I can certainly gather a list for Underdark places. I'm not familiar enough with the Surface to be much help there. I'll post the list here once I make it.

Thanks, Valefort!

assassin devil is dr 10/good
cornugon is dr 10/good and silver
Bezekira are dr 5/good
bearded devil: dr/5 silver or good
hellhound: shouldn’t have any physical dr
ice devil: dr/10 good
erinyes: dr/5 good
bone devil: dr/10 good
Imp: DR 5/good or silver
Lemure: DR 5/good or silver
pit fiends are dr/15 good and silver
Paeliryon has dr/15 good and silver
Amnizu doesn’t have dr
Malebranche has DR 25/+2

the numbers are just from the base monster stats, and what matters here is what gets through the dr. :)

Monster manual 1 and 2 3.5

Maybe make some good aligned weapons, or have it be a possibility on random drops like finding silver weapons, otherwise you can only have good aligned weapons by being a paladin.

There is one more devil i don’t remember the name of, but know they have weaponmaster levels on bg and between 45 and 50 attack bonus (yikes)

highly unlikely because thats one perk of being a paladin and you see what happened with holy sword (if you have been around long enough i guess)

tho blackguards should get an unholy sword spell and evil alignment weapon spell tho there are no good creatures to kill (also a problem!)

I have tried silver on creatures in the Vault of the Dead and the Haunted House second and third floor and more common devils (Nashkel Mines) as well as trying Cold Iron on the Graypeak Balor, and essentially it works pretty inconsistently.

I've had vampires in the haunted house for example take full damage from one part of a flurry and then get 10 damage reduction from the remainder.

I have a RIG system alchemical silver weapon and one of the storebought ones in my offhand, and as far as I am able to tell from my combat log, the storebought one is not bypassing DR on silver-vulnerable things (Vampires). Seems like the weapon needs to also be enchanted for its DR bypassing properties to count.

Most Celestials (which some summoning spells utilize) should have DR/Evil, maybe it can be used to counter that. But I feel like only paladins having the option for good weapons doesn't make sense if we put pnp damage reductions. Those monsters were designed with damage reductions because there are other, multiple ways to counter those. There are other spells, item properties. Just a thought.

I agree. It's a property that should be available. Paladin's advantage is it is free to have a different property and add Good itself.

Vampires in the 3.5 monster manual actually have DR 10/silver and magic.

So what you're experiencing there does seem correct as per the P&P entry.

yes but summons are not mobs... there is nowhere on the server evil toons can go to whoop up on goodie mobs was more the point

and i dont like paladins so i personally dont care if others have their stuff, im just sayin its probably not gonna happen given what has happened with holy sword and the fact that the server is like 95% evil mobs
