I am running it now ... still problems. 
Do you have DirectX 9.0c installed? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... px?id=8109
Have you
- set nwnmain.exe compatibility mode to win xp sp3 and run as admin ?
- if you don't have NWN2 complete or Diamond - have you installed both expansions ?
- is your computer overclocked ?
- can you run the singleplayer game ?
- try windowed/fullscreen mode
