Give Storm Lords a Piercing Electricity ability, like the Frost Mage’s Piercing Cold.
Shocking News!!!
piercing sonic would be nice too so shocking burst weapon damage all goes through, since some bosses were given some sonic immunity because of SoR

Neither. Only the favoured few of Talos get piercing electricity (Google Talos' black lightning). Yes, I know, Frost mage. But Frost mage doesn't get epic call lighting that would just delete in aoe everyone and everything.
Free epic feat is never a good idea, imo. They are meant to be investments greater than just levelling up.
Stormlord is already great. You get insane lighting dmg bonuses and free extended storm avatar spell. If you want to make it stronger, either make the electricity dmg last longer or lower the entry point requirements that will give builds more feats to use.

Definite hard no on giving an Epic Spell as a class feature. Maybe Storm of Vengeance, or just code in their pnp Storm of Elemental Fury spell.
I could see removing Great Fortitude from the prereqs.

Could you make the +3 enhance weapons actually work and not be a broken bug ability? Getting stacks of +3 throwing axes on demand would be cool.

I mean, SL can ACTUALLY be countered hard, as mentioned. It should be buffed. Meanwhile we have warlocks rocking the server hard with their infinite spells and hellfire locks restoring their con hit.....

Well i will say this, as someone who actively plays a character that worships talos and uses divine spellcasting there is no real reason to pick up stormlord unless i RCR into favored soul. There is no way i would take stormlord if my end goal was to summon storms and lightning, better off just taking hierophant if you are cleric or spirit shaman. As a druid you dont really need to take heirophant for high DC's on your evocation spells. The class is only for buffing and bashing so as far as a lord of storms it doesn't really fit the fantasy that the name evokes.

I'm by no means saying that SL needs to be a carbon copy of Frost Mage. What im saying is that a storm lord should align more to how stormlords are in pnp. Make them more evocation oriented to allow them to utilize better versions of lightning and storm spell that we have an abundence of. Instead of juiced up meele fighters.
Or at the very least make it so they are a minor hybrid of both. My suggestion was to take out their stormburst weapon and only give them storm weapon (the 1d6) then give them something that add to them using storm spells. Again this is a SUGGESTION. I'm not QC or a DM or a MOD so I don't expect anything I put in this forum to see the light of day anyway. But i'll suggest all day and night.

Apart from having full spellcasting progression, they are still not really focused on spellcasting, and indeed rather clearly a melee cleric PRC. In PnP.
But full spellcasting progression would make them quite powerful, and so that has been nerfed a bit in nwn2. Just like Palemaster in vanilla nwn2 is 5/10 (and 6/10 on our server) despite in PnP being 9/10 and having even better features.
It's balanced for our server. And Stormlord is designed as a melee cleric PRC. And before you complain that designing a PRC to be intended for melee casters is too limiting, allow me to point to eldrich knight and dragonslayer.
You may not like that it is designed as a melee cleric PRC, but that's what its abilities do.
