You forgot two incredibly important entries:
Baron Greil Nightgale, the original self-made noble of the North. Leader of Soubar.
A man so influential that a vampire line took on his surname as their own, in reverence to his deeds and accomplishments.
And of course, the infamous Tradeway Groper, who's name is not truly known.
Some suspect that it is a title, passed on to suitable degenerates over time.

the old school players still around probably remember Rina Littlefoot aka Toybox, tho definitely not a noble or anything like that but rather notorious back in the day as the first Duchess of Shadows

There are no historic Halflings that achieved something to the point of getting ennobled that I can think of, no.
Think the most notable one currently active/alive with any chance to reach such a thing would be Batibat. My own Halfling having been retired already, and all.
