Free rcr is good, i will be switching to a better build then the one i have currently though it is still not optimal. Changing Divine Power was a good idea also.

Flooring means truncation of decimal, it's standard mathematical syntax.

E.g.

30 /4 = 7.5

⌊7.5⌋ = floor(7.5) = 7

As opposed to rounding, where this would round up to 8.

Why the static Reflex DC on bludgeoning Ground Slam effect? The earliest one can get NH is level 5, at which point a DC 25 reflex save is practically guaranteed to floor enemies. As one gains in levels, it will dwindle. Then compare it to other martial DCs from feats such as Shield Slam (Fort, 10 + 1/2 Character Level + STR mod) or Blinding Strike (Fort, 10 + 1/5 Character Level + 1/5 Rogue Level + SA dice) which scale alongside the player. Why not something like 10 + 1/3 BAB + STR modifier for the Reflex DC, to make it less overwhelming at lower levels, but also viable at the end?

Wouldn't a hewing attempt as a clicky feat (like knockdown) be more useful now ?

Extending on Theodore01's previous post, the new proc-based benefit may serve better as a new feat whose prereq. is NH. Much in the same way that Shield Slam runs on a short cool-down and branches off of Shield Bash.

Taking the current feat, the simple change of dropping max damage from non-crit attacks vs. negating the -2 AB penalty still retains Northlander Hewing as a viable 2H damage option. In fact, it benefits the classic 2H DPR option even more: +2 attack vs. 3 (average 2d4 vs. max, 5 vs. 8) damage per hit on a non-crit for falchion, where crits are common, against +2 attack vs. 5.5 (average 1d12 vs max, 6.5 vs. 12) damage per hit on a non-crit for Greataxe, where crits are rare. The point of the feat is prioritizing on high STR bonuses to damage at the expense of low-probability attack rolls, and that still remains. Personally speaking, the last thing I would want would be to have falchions be incentivized more than other 2H weapons. They already lead by a mile in DPR calculations as-is.

The added bonus past that could be considered a whole new ability, with no activation time and applied during the running round much in the same way Shield Slam does.
Bludgeoning: Needs a scaling DC. Actually being able to decide when to use the ability rather than a random proc would benefit it as a tactical option and may perhaps be worth an extra feat.
Piercing: Bleed won't amount to much unless you can start stacking it from the get-go on a vital target, which would require a targeted ability. Most trash mobs in a party environment will vaporize before the first tic of the DoT even scratches them.
Slashing: FALCHION IS KING. Jokes aside, bonus damage from a formerly damage-focused feat is jolly.

Regarding bludgeoning weapons I don't want DC to scale as high STR characters already have enough goodies from STR alone and it will certianly remain randomized as these are unintended side effects; imagine the NH user as getting carried away by the strength oh his blow. Last, weapons are not meant to be equal ! That said after thinking about it it's a bit too unfair so I'll lower the AoE damage bonus on slashing weapons a bit and randomize more things (intentionally undisclosed).

Just to clarify, it is -2 AC and 1/3rd of total attacks to get these bonuses, correct?
