http://nwn2db.com/build/?261434 - this is going to crush the server?Mallore wrote:It is American/English slang "to do well"
It can refer to doing well at a task, or given job. To succeed above the norm. To achieve better results then you expected.
"I crushed at that" means to have completed something with out as much strain as you prepared for and are pleased with the end result.
Usually to be excited by a victory or success at an event "I crushed it" or over achieve on a challenge.
Other uses included "Crushed" to indicated you did not struggle at a task.
this can also be used in the form of "Crushing" which can indicate the inverse that something is being overwhelming on you. or you can be "crushing" and overwhelming something instead.
It's meant to be their signature spell so nope.Young Werther wrote:A question I have is if freezing field will become available for druids or other classes, or is this the bladesingers signature spell? I've played another server where druids had this spell.
Right now I don't see this spell listed on the wiki so therefore I ask. It might already be in the game but I am not sure.

What you dont see at the builder is that this has a damage output of 5STr +5GMW +1d8Base = 14,5 + any additional weapon damage. 14,5 at a max AB of 37 (ac52) or AB31 ( ac58) - i didnt double check those number. I am using what bigj posted.Mallore wrote:well looking at the builder there...
Lets see doesnt show the +2 your saves from Cats, Bulls and owls, or the +2 to AB from Bulls.
Infact that whole link doesnt show your end game with Buffs or gear.
Lets see Ring of +4 to saves put all your saves above 20.
AC Buffs, and Gear...what 50ac? Which we both know you can get higher. But that is with all high end gear.. which I suppose isnt to hard to achieve in retrospect.
I imagine you can make better builds. As some of the other people have argued.
I hate dumping a stat.. Im sure you got a reason for Wisdom over Cha..
Most people will put diplomacy points into Listen so they can hear sneaks. I also do not know about skill focus Concentration but I dont play hard core casters and maybe its qualification feat to something? I am also not a fan of Vamp Feast as that is an EVIL spell and your suppose to be good, so you shouldnt be able to cast that.
But will what you built even quickly.. and some would say not optimal..(me I dont know if thats what i build) yes, it will do well.
I think this would Crush Chaos and the Medusa in the snake hills. Infact it doesnt need anyne with them to get there. Will it solo durlags.. no. Will it solo great white? no. But it will be a good class to bring with you (that freezing field is awesome and last i checked the great white wasnt immune to cold!)
So what are you exactly asking?
Its said the bladesingers invented spells such as this one, Freezing Field.Young Werther wrote:A question I have is if freezing field will become available for druids or other classes, or is this the bladesingers signature spell? I've played another server where druids had this spell.

Cool bit of lore there.Tantive wrote:Its said the bladesingers invented spells such as this one, Freezing Field.Young Werther wrote:A question I have is if freezing field will become available for druids or other classes, or is this the bladesingers signature spell? Specifics : Speed decrease : 80, AC penalty 2, AB penalty -2. Fortitude save for halving the effects (cold immunity cancels the effect completely).
DC is 10 + Bladesinger levels + spellcasting ability modifier.
Duration : 1 round per bladesinger level.

Instead of going in aaaaall this trouble, take any efficient caster build, DC or Blaster ( builds with a combination of PM/AM/SA/BM etc ) give it a reserve feat and you will do more damage than 14,5 at such a low AB.
Obviously, you feel this PRC will be some OP class we never seen before. I think it wont be. It will be at the same power level of DS but with different style. I am an "I told you so" guy and this is what i love about forums. I can come to this thread, after the the Bladesinger comes out and post " i told you so". Till then, lets enjoy planning builds with this new PRC.
