As the sun sets and the stars appear on the sky of Baldur's Gate, another glow is seen coming from the palace district. Those that approach it see a red-haired woman praying to the Shrine of Eldath and tending to the gardens around the Halls. She is gentle in her movement, and greets any who pass by.

In the depths of the Halls of Inner Light, a ritual is performed by Councilor Alarielle of Doran Amar upon the Divination Room. It was long and adruous, gathering the resources to complete the task. Now that it was finally done, the High Lady remained in the room as the Elf performed the ritual casting over several long moments.

Once Completed, the room falls silent, even for any that would be in the Library. The two emerge from the room, and thanks is given to the Elf, for completing the task and aiding in securing the room from any whom would attempt to peer back cross the veil.

The Heartwarder would be seen after morning prayers in the kitchen making pies, paying couriers to have them delivered to the Radiant Heart. Inside the small basket of hot bubbly pies a few other items would be placed amongst them. A bushel of strawberries, mulberryies, raspberries, and blue berries. The addressed individual would be simply listed as 'Captian V.'

Once the courier left the Halls, the High Lady would be seen disappearing through the door to the divination room door, through a black veil. Her footsteps disappearing as she past the threshold.

She would emerge some time later, a slight twist of frustration on her lips, with a look of concern gracing the otherwise serene and warm face of the High Lady.

A young redheaded girl wandered into the Halls of Inner Light yesterday. She was looking for a friend, described as a gray-skinned, blonde tiefling woman with large horns and a tail, who has been led into the temple the preceding night. However, the tiefling had wandered off in the meantime, so she waited in the lobby for a while instead, hoping for her return.

During her wait, the redhead would eventually doze off on one of the sofas. When she awakened - with or without assistance - she would wander back out into the city.

The Grand Revel of Lliira

The Halls of Inner Light welcomes one and all to the Grand Revel of Lliira, a litany on the Joybringer's dogma followed by celebration, feasts, drinks. All are welcome, be you rich or poor, Lost or lonely souls, the shunned or even a foe! Both the litany and the celebration will be held in the Heartfire Tavern located below the Halls in the evening of the 25th of Eleint 1357. This is one party you don't want to miss! I hope to see you there!

A red haired woman dressed in greens and browns is seen around the Halls. She seems to recognize some of the people around the temple, and says to be awaiting for the High Lady to speak of urgent matters. A couple of the priestess do recognize her as one that has tended to the gardens of the Halls, and a faithful of Eldath. She seems nervous, but is polite to any who approach her, though she doesn't engage in any kind of lengthy conversation.

Jared and Daven move a bench from the Prayer Hall into the Divination Room of the Halls of Inner Light. Alyssia pads it with plush pillows and drapes a gentle and soft blanket over the bench. A temporary home made within the Divination Room for a guest to stay.

Marpenoth 16th, 1357

The guest has been around the Halls for a few days now, always eager to help, Runa is seen around wearing a purple dress and hair tied up, with two pearly white earrings adorning her ears. She spends most of her time in the Halls' gardens, which have been giving particularly beautiful blooms the past couple of days. It is strange, though, as the reason she's been spending the nights in the Divination Room is still unclear. But the so called priestess of Eldath is a gentle soul, and none find reason to complain of her presence.

Uktar 12th, 1357

A month had completed since the stay of the auburn haired priestess of Eldath at the Halls. And though the Divination Room wasn't her nightly accommodations anymore, Runa could still be seen almost daily at the Halls, though some times only for a few minutes as she was tending the gardens outside.

Any who spoke with her would tell of her gentle demeanor and eagerness to help around. On top of that, they could mention of how steadfast she seems in her faith. A true prospect of the Halls of Inner Light, many would say.

The reason she stayed at the Halls in the first place remains unclear for most, rushed conversations between the Heartwarder and Runa were kept private, and letters sent from Runa to the wilds were left unopened until reaching their destination. She still seemed tense on her daily life, however, a telling sign that whatever brought her here might have subsided, but was not over.

The Halls infirmary housed two patients overnight, blue-haired elf and auburn-haired warrior most often seen in one another's company. There, Michael and Tristan diligently worked to remove arrowheads from the patients' bodies, and then the latter called upon his lord to seal the wounds. The elf passed out after the first two arrowheads were dug out from between ribs. The human warrior was not so lucky to fall unconscious for the crude yet ultimately effective procedure to mend cruelties wrought, allegedly, by the fiery-maned orcish hunter who calls the shadows home. The name on everyone's lips was 'Shamble'. Olesya the mage found a saw, thinking it may be useful for the extraction of foreign objects from flesh and muscle, but the tool was ultimately not utilized, probably for the better.

The Halls was abuzz with activity while this was ongoing. Curious rubberneckers poked their heads into the infirmary, some sent for, some not. Archdruid Emmanuel checked in to offer aid; Carah and Emrys brought baskets of food and juice from the Lyre for patients and healers to munch on; Solaris commented on the artwork in the Heartfire Tavern, adjacent to the infirmary, before being shoo'd away. Derien, Olesya, Mouse, Micar'mizzrym, and Treagan stood watch at the door.

The Halls was a flurry of visitors, members of the Whitewood Vanguard moving in, visitors from House Vale and Doran Amar, all shortly after an economic report was published in the Gate.

It would seem opportunities are abound in the city, and the High Lady has reached out to those best served to deal with each situation and concern.

A short moon elven woman wearing a captain's coat, with Sehanine's symbol hanging from her neck would visit the Halls. There, she'd deliver a letter sealed with the mark of a seagull carrying a map to priestess Sascha, requesting her to pass it on to the Heartwarder Alyssia.

The elf would linger a while, offering an Amethyst to the priestess as a donation, and a prayer to the Moonmaiden. The prayer, if any overheard, would concern sailors returning home safe and sound.

Any who pass by the Halls of Inner Light can tell that the gardens and the orchard have been blooming, a pleasant sight as the season of apples comes with the late fall/early winter. Runa, the newly named Priestess of Eldath of the Halls of Inner Light, a druidess that has spent much time there the past couple of months, is usually seen tending to those plants.

Due to the current situation of the Gate, it is often that the druidess offers plump, beautiful apples and herbs for tea to those that visit the Halls. Not nearly enough to make a dent on the current economical issues and incoming food scarcity, she at least hopes it brightens the day of the people of Baldur's Gate.
