*the tiefling looks at the shield* I suppose the fact it survived your endeavors is a testament to it's quality, your honesty is admirable.
Though my sincere condolences on losing such a valuable customer, I would have been heartbroken if some one willing to pay such an amount would pass away.

How about we use this opportunity to honor with the good spirit of haggling.
