The dream of not being constantly mistaken for a halfling is in reach!
Disguising yourself as another race, including planetouched or not-planetouched, is just a -2 to the disguise check. I believe this would be accurate to lore. In fact, knowing what a planetouched is only like a DC 11 Knowledge (Planes) check. Easy, though only those actually trained in the skill can make it, since untrained checks can only get DCs up to 10.
