Ranger has some "reserve/arrow/spells" and those could be given to the PRC if requested and even in place of the massive criticals or Ki Damage.

What are those spells, what do they do?

Good ;).

Point Blank Shot gives +1 damage and negates -4 AB penalty - however - it still does not turn off the attacks of opportunity you suffer from making ranged attacks in melee. Which is why most ranged mobs either switch to melee weapons or they are more easily taken out.

Oh I wasn't aware of that, been a while since I last played an archer. My thought here would be instead of being able to avoid attacks of opportunity via an ability feat to give the class some kind of maiming ability.
In general some active abilities always make a class more interesting although possibly hard to balance but that could be done via cool downs. Since an archers worst nightmare is probably a strong durable opponent with low will saves the ability should have some kind of will save to stop these kind of opponents relatively reliably.
Maybe another ability that targets low reflex saves that knocks opponents back.

I mean one could combine these styles with multiple classes but in one prc it feels a bit strange. But then again it is your class idea so whatever floats your boat... Just trying to give you my thoughts... I like your effort for a new class and that it's not having any magical shenanigans it just doesn't feel very cohesive to me.
Another build idea you could make use of this PRC is actually a Zen Archery based Fighter 10/Master Archer 10/Divine Champion 10 or Fighter 12/Master Archer 10/Divine CHampion 8, Divine Wrath now has a timer instead of just one use per rest and you could go for the Combat Focus line of feats to get combined 9 AB and damage with the former or +7 AB and damage with the latter. You just need to have enough dexterity for Manyshot, 17, and you can easily make use for medium or heavy armor for AC. The Divine Champion bonus feats do allow you to get Great Wisdom feats, so Divine champion can basically give you +4 Wisdom on top of the increased saves.
What I meant with not cohesive was in itself it sure works with other classes and prcs. But the class itself feels a bit torn between melee and ranged although now I know why you want spring attack. It still is a melee ability an archer should not have to rely on in my opinion.

Arrowsplit: http://bgtscc.wikia.com/wiki/Arrowsplit < I like this one

Bloodfreeze Arrow: http://bgtscc.wikia.com/wiki/Bloodfreeze_Arrow < I really like this one

Darkflame: http://bgtscc.wikia.com/wiki/Darkflame_Arrow < Bit a meh in my experience, did physical damage

Shadow Arrow: http://bgtscc.wikia.com/wiki/Shadow_Arrow < Also a bit meh in my experience.

Basically, as a ranger, you memorise the spells and then you can use the reserve feat to 'release/cast' those special arrow attacks whenever their timers clear. These arrow things make wisdom based rangers the best rangers, in my opinion.

Not sure why we need Master Archer when we have OOBI - it only needs its bugs fixed because, apart from a broken capstone feat, the class is excellent at increasing ranged damage potential. Ranged Precision damage multiplies on critical hits so OOBIs get big criticals already.

Isn't OOBI limited to bows? Thus, no use for a slinger, crossbower, or thrower.

Interesting, never knew how these spells really work, thanks for explaining this to me.

The blood freeze arrow is basically what I was looking for but it being a fortitude save makes it pretty bad at stopping the physically strong targets which I would hope to stop with this.

The shadow arrow looks more promising due to not granting a save but will of course take quiet a few hits to start slowing strong opponents as they likely have no weight they carry.

Dark flame is probably helping with the DR opponents.

OOBI is limited to bows only indeed...
