You could switch out Rogue for Whirling Dervish like Theo said, and get a free Spring Attack feat, but lose a lot of Skill Points. Then you could pick up Blindfight.

Unfortunately you can't utilize the free spring attack as tempest needs it and by the time you develop the cross class skills required for WD and take WD levels to get spring attack you don't have enough levels left to take 5 tempest to get whirlwind for WM and get 3 levels by 20, so its not really as simple as just swapping rouge for WD, It requires a whole new direction.

I think this is the best I can do with weapon master and achieve a suitable AC, F13/T5/WD5/WM7

It's good, skip the 13th level of fighter for another of whirling dervish though, 13th fighter doesn't give you anything while 6th dervish gives another sneak attack dice and more skill points.

Nice, with WD6 you can make this variation - it has 4hp less but +1 to saves.

You don't have the required prerequisite skills of 8 hide and 8 move silent at lvl 12 to start taking WD so this would not work
