A sandy blonde man with a well trimmed beard passes by the shop. "Pardon me, but what would be a fair estimate of this armor?" He casually points to the Mithral Chainmail ((ac 6 (4 dex) light armor / -5% asf )).

After a quick discussion in Candlekeep, Lucia offers the armor in exchange for coin and a sling.

A hooded man with a sly smile approaches Lucia, carrying a sack over one shoulder. He exchanges some polite words, and offers a trade deal in hushed tones.

Lucia comes out of Candlekeep, when informed by the guards a hooded figure wishes to speak with her. After exchanging some quick words she heads back in.
