Annabel, for some reason, crawled her way across the floor and rested at the man-across-the-way's side. Anyone who would try to move her or otherwise disturb her would be subjected to hissing, yelling, spitting, biting, scratching, etc. She would spend the entire night, save for feeding her child, at the man's side, curled up next to him...

Upon learning of this, Ameris would tell the sisters it was wise to leave Annabel where she was, but to make her comfortable, by setting down a mattress, bedding and pillows, and providing her with food and treatment there.

Still in Damara, Brenda remains unaware, but will hear of the new change in sleeping arrangements soon enough.. It is said she should return shortly, should anyone ask. Her trip only expected to last a couple of days..

Hinzel would sleep very often, if not most of the days as they passed. Gripped by night terrors and more, he would never get restful sleep, tossing and turning in bed. He would get clammy as long as he slept, quietly mumbling incoherently. His would often waken prematurely from his sleep, staring at the ceiling a bit, before eventually falling asleep again.

When he would finally get up, he would pull out some clothes he somehow acquired, change out of his patient uniform, and take walks, eventually returning just to sleep again.

The 27th of Alturiak, 1350

The Morninglord known as Tolan entered the Church of Ilmater earlier in the day, looking weary and beat. After waiting in the common room for some time, he was approacted by Brother Ameris of Ilmater and the two of them headed upstairs. After some time Tolan returned downstairs again, looking just as weary as he did when he entered. Upon Tolan leaving the Church, Ameris asked Sister Adolina to prepare for a permanent guest.

Any that work within the Temple of Illmater would notice that last night, neither Annabel nor Hinzel returned to the Temple for the night, Gwydion, their child was with Annabel when she went for a walk.

Brenda knew Anne preferred the wilds, so it razzed no great concern when she did not return. She was of the firm belief that if one looked behind stone and under leaf, somewhere in the heart of the wood, there would be Anne and Gwydion, sound asleep and content..

As for hearing of Tolin, she grew concerned as word of how worn he'd look when he visited reached her. She would set out for him first thing, in hopes of learning if all was well, and offering her aid if needed.

A woman with orange-blonde hair wrapped into a feathery-looking bun and eyes of the darkest night skipped cheerfully into the temple of Ilmater and left a note with the high priest there after a few, stuttering words and a few, soul-restorative tunes on her lute.

Hello I am Jaraezra Wildfire! I hail from the town of Triel and after seeing the works of evil there and losing all of my family;I found lodgings in Baldur's Gate and would love to donate a considerable amount of my time to charity work and aiding the abused and tormented for I wish to embody the compassionate desires of the Crying God. Ameris is seen speaking at length with the Sisters and Brothers of the temple. While such discussion is commonplace, this meeting appeared focused on a particular problem about which Ameris was most concerned.

Ameris can be seen fervently praying in the chapel in the Temple of Ilmater. Indeed, he appears to be fasting in some sort of vigil.

*A hooded man dressed in dark colours and a short female elf in leathers enter the quiet temple, looking about for a moment before asking after the Priest Ameris. Sister Adolina informs them he is not present and so heading into the chapel, the man speaks with Brother Marcus instead. Chants and prayers of healing can be heard echoing throughout the small room. The two leave shortly after, the man adjusting his overcoat and seeming a little more at ease.*

Ameris speaks to the Sisters about a violet flower he has left in the upstairs private area for the priests. It seems to be surviving well, he says, but that it should be watered when he is away. He speaks of it being a gift from a visitor to the temple, a cleric of the elven god of nature, so the flower's life should be preserved to honour the gift.

A basket of herbs and mushrooms was left with Sister Rachel of Ilmater. "For medicine," said a note attached, followed by instructions on the crafting of poultices and antidotes.

Over the past few tenday a radiantly clad healer has offered her help to the temple sporadically. She seems fairly adept in the art of healing, always humming a joyous tune if not singing in celestial as she tends to her patient.
After a few days absence she returns to the today temple offering her help. Her eyes are tired, her mood far less amiable than usual. She does not sing as she works, one might get the feeling she is doing such as a chore rather than genuinely wanting to help out today.
