As far as Moire herself has no time to serve the customer immediately, a light brownhaired half-elf would be around. She wears a long night blue coat with a white fur collar. Its black eyes at a closer look seem somehow ...alive. The demeanor of the woman seems polite and firm at the same time. This must be her assistant Seraphina.

She would listen to the man attentively, also take a look at the Greatsword if he shows her. Then she would note all the informations exactly.
