Not a bug, NPCs are affected by the Time of Troubles too. They are divine casters, so their divine spells no longer work.

Multiround spellcasting actions test Wild Magic on every casting stage after the first, rather than a singular wild-magic roll when the spell completes.
I play a baker. Sometimes she provides counseling or treatment.
Ask about our Breadflower daily special to save five coppers off a purchase of five pastries.
She seems unusually interested in cursed items.
She has also been seeking a variety of gems and stones.

Not at 23 either
You must have 9th level spells on the class you are taking the feat.

Has this been updated? I have a character with all the new requirements and the PRC is not available. What gives?
You must have Improved Two Weapon Fighting or Ranger Two Weapon Fighting, Oversized Two Weapon Fighting, Weapon Proficiency Martial, BAB of 7, be a drow or half-drow, have Weapon Focus Scimitar, Longsword, Katana, or Bastard Sword, and 19 Dex minimum.

If you have all of these things, make sure to relog to make sure you get the qualification feat.

Sarol Qualification works as intended. I just tested it live.

While being forced unshifted from my forms still causes me to lose skill synergies (and so lose enough UMD to not be able to use some items), that's not the only thing that's doing it. I can't find a cause for sure, but occasionally my skill synergies are gone, and I can no longer use some items due to it. I'm still looking for a trigger. I was working with the TKL tool each time it happened so far today, but I'm not sure if that's triggering it or not.

Resting does fix the problem, so there's at least a temporary (if not good, due to rest timers) solution for now.

I just did a few quick tests to confirm an issue I've heard a few players complain about, including myself.

Test 1
  1. RCR a character
  2. Create a new character with the same name and base class
  3. Class Skill Feats not granted
Test 2
  1. RCR a character
  2. Create a new character with a different name
  3. Class Skill Feats granted
Test 3
  1. RCR a character
  2. Create a new character with the same name, but different base class
  3. Class Skill Feats not granted

Conclusion
Reusing a name when RCRing does not grant Class Skill feats as they're supposed to be.

Party it is, as i noticed. The storage weirdly accepts some of the keys and some not.

I could at least store most of my guild keys:

EDE token - yes
Temple of Mystra key - yes
Phoenix company key - no

Not that i still need the latter. :P Just wanted to share my experience. ;)

Wanted to bump this to point out that the synergy was lost again. This time I was not playing with the TKL, and so that was not the trigger.

Undocumented changes for Thief Acrobat:

Improved Evasion is granted at class level 5 (was 4).
Springboard granted at class level 4 (supposed to be 5 with new changes).


Found this out the hard way, by not being able to take Epic Dodge at level 29 . . Time to RCR again.

The last button on the power attack bar is kaput! It has no effect, all the others work as intended, its just the "8" button thats not functioning.

Also Rhi and BloodRiot, can you confirm whether improved initiative is a SV requirement or not? Theres a lot of confusion about this I found. I just presume the actual class requirements in game are accurate and it is required.

Thanks for the clarification. From from the server updates post, i wrongly assumed that Gr Two Weapon fighting AND Improved Initiative were no longer required
