In that case:
YYA wrote: Tue Aug 17, 2021 2:39 amOh yeah, if the dexterity damage multiplies on critical hits...

A high strength "Fighter 8/Tempest 5/Champion of Corellon 10/Weapon Master 7" could be a fun build to play.

I think a full dex WM will do more damage. With Rapiers will be something like this

10DEX + 8F + 4EB +3.5Rapier +2.5DD +4STR = 32 | Off hand 30

With Massive crit rapiers the crits will be 100+ with a 15-20 crit range (WM5)

Hmn...

Fighter 12, to get Melee Weapon Mastery.
Champion of Correllon Latherian 10,
Weapon Master 5,
Tempest 3...

1d6 (Scimitar)
+ 10 Strength
+ 5 (Dexterity)
+ 2 (Slashing Weapon Mastery)
+ 6 (Epic Weapon Specialization)
+ 4 (Enchantment Bonus)
+ 1d4 (Deadly Defense)
= 32~

Off Hand:
27~

Yeah, going all in dexterity is better. More attacks with off-hand as well. But... Well, carrying capacity is also good to have, as some form of innate protection against knockdown.

PTWF WMs is one of the reasons this PRC was not being implemented sooner. It is a lot of damage and bonus AC and burst damage. When someone mentioned in the GIB thread that there would be restrictions, I thought something could have be done to limit this. PTWF is not the only problem though. This PRC can result with one hander builds that have 62AC and 35+ damage. The power creep has been insane the past couple of years

Oh yeah, just remembered that Scimitars are not Finesse weapons, so no Deadly Defense there. So yeah, a dexterity based Champion of Corellon is the way to go, if you want to two-weapon fight.

Looking at this class, it seems:
Druid 30 - Dragon Shape
Druid 10 / Shifter 20 - Dragon Shape
Druid 25 / Shifter 5 - Dragon Shape

Druid 20 / Shifter 10 - *No* Dragon Shape

Question: Is Magic Staff considered a sub category of quarterstaff and a monk class weapon? Magic Staff does not work with Monk Flurry of blows (You cannot activate that mode with your currently equipped weapon(s)).

No. Magic staff was never intended to be used as an actual weapon by the developer who made it and therefore has not been programmed for various functions like that (doesn't even have weapon focus etc feats I believe).

I see. I wasn't even aware that magic staves existed. Bought two at Mudd's.

They can be dual wielded. :D Like a drummer.

Ewe wrote: Sat Sep 04, 2021 9:53 am Hey guys we are lifting the 255 spell cap limitation.

The new limit uses a uint16_t counter, so new limits are 65536 known spells and 65536 readied spells or memorized spell slots. That limit is due to the network protocol and isn't as easily increased.

Big thanks to Skywing who incorporated and built the new xp_bugfix plug-in for this.

This goes live today. Please bear with me if there's any bugs. It's a major update with lots of different parts (15 blueprints per familiar, several new feats and scripts, several new creature hides/weapons, lots of tlk descriptions, etc), so there might be some hiccups here and there. Please report here if you have any issues.
