Level 5: Max 8 Points in a skill
Level 6: You might be able to qualify for Mystic Theurge PRC!
I was in agreement with this, as stated above.
As for the rest of your suggestion, you can still make a power build that was argued to be near equal with an EDM Favored Soul.
- 2 Skill Focus feats,
- 2 Practiced Spell Caster feats,
- Power Attack,
- Divine Might,
- Extend Spell or Still Spell,
Sums up to 7/7 Pre-Epic feats.
I don't consider this an overly powerful build. I consider its power in line with what can be on this server without causing issues.

Within these implementation parameters, MT will never allow you to be the melee you want to be: you're kept in check by attribute requirements, feats and CL/dispel issues that you're familiar with.
Therefore, what you have suggested here would only increase the need to go for a 'specific power built' in order to make use of the PRC. Ergo, rest of your suggestion would limit the role-playing possibilities in favor to the above gishy power build.
No. I would play it the opposite way: as a caster, whereby the CL 18 spellbook assumes a much bigger relevance.
You have often claimed to be an expert of playing casters on this server.
I have proven so in over 5 years. I have no idea who you are, but my opinion is, you either haven't the slightest idea about how to play caster on this server (probably you're generally proficient as far as NWN2 is concerned, but that has far less relevance than you think), or 8/10 for the constant trolling.
How about you go ahead to NWN2db.com and produce an actual example build for us to peruse. Because, in order to cast all those spells you have listed above, once again, either you do it without any armor or shield, or you have to make use of the Still metamagic. (Either spend spell slots one level higher, or get the epic feats.)
I never mentioned an armor or shield. I would never use anything but cloth with such a character, and an ASF 0 shield if any.
Now, since you talk about wizards, let us have a look at a 'level 14 wizard' and its base spell slots:

Level 1: 4
Level 2: 4
Level 3: 4
Level 4: 4
Level 5: 3
Level 6: 3
Level 7: 2
Nobody said otherwise.
Now let us have a look at those spells:

Alarm (It is a role-play spell),
(Level 1)
Fail. Alarm is one of the most powerful spells in the game. It lets you roll a Greater Undead or other "inconvenient" summons and spells whenever you please, because nobody can sneak on you. It lets you shut down any stealth intrusion whatsoever, and alerts you of spawns if you know where to place it.

Please...
Grease (Available through cleric domain),
(Level 1)
You have no idea about domain rules on the server, do you?
Ray of Enfeeblement,
(Level 1) Not nearly as useful without maximize or empower spell.
If you don't have one of those, you're doing it wrong. It's also strong with Quicken, perhaps even more so. The vanilla one is still a great spell.
Web (Available through cleric domain),
(Level 2)
You have no idea about domain rules on the server, do you?
Gust of Wind (Available through cleric domain),
(Level 2)
You have no idea about domain rules on the server, do you?
Invisibility (Available through cleric domain),
(Level 2)
Nope. Not even through Darkness domain.
Claraudience/Clairvoyance (Available through cleric domain),
(Level 4)
You have no idea about domain rules on the server, do you?
Vampiric Touch,
(Level 3) Not nearly as useful without maximize or empower spell.
If you don't have one of those, you're doing it wrong.
Enervation,
(Level 4) Not nearly as useful without maximize or empower spell.
If you don't have one of those, you're doing it wrong. And false: it stacks with itself. Including wands.
Bigby 5,
(Level 5) The only spell that actually carries some weight.
Sure. If you don't know much about this game, that is.
Cloudkill,
(Level 5) Works through a save, do you have spell DCs.
It really doesn't. You're misinformed. Save only truly halves the CON loss. You should write less, and play more.
Avasculate.
(Level 7) Someone needs to spend three epic feats to cast this in armor.
Nobody talked about armors. This spell is enormously powerful.
As for the 'blaster' spells from Orbs to Walls and Missiles: Not nearly as useful without maximize or empower spell.
You know the drill.
As for the buffs, you can indeed remove your armor and cast them, but you have to be able to safely remove your armor again to recast them. It imposes limitations.
There is no armor. Only an idiot would wear an armor that isn't cloth.
What I am trying to say is that you have to be pretty inexperienced to claim that it is strong, without also mentioning that some terms and conditions apply.
Yeah. These conditions:

- You're a caster
- You're not retarded
- You aren't a troll

Obvious troll is obvious. You don't even know how spells and domains work.

Out of curiosity about he proposed Wiz/Cleric requirement... Couldn't you achieve the same effect of forcing a stat split by just requiring wizard and letting the divine class be open? There are no INT based divine casters...

First Option in the poll:
Yes please, I want my AD&D Cleric/Mage!

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

One poll and seven pages of borderline content is more than enough coverage for this topic.
