First of all, the Sun elf sends word to her customers and let them know they can pick up their goods.

For any new orders on epic gear, she'd let people know the next shipment/traderun is expected in a tenday or two.
"Also, keep an eye on the armor section, more products are to be put on display these days.

To Jon Bastion she nods, and agrees upon a date and time to pick them up personally in Doron to where she invited him.

Moire, after noting down more orders and requests, updates the epic part of the example shop, adding as promised more armors to the list there.

She did also added a few more of the finest weapons available.

A black hooded man walks up to Moire's stall and points to the Epic Robes of Blending and the Greater Cloak of the Stalker on the list.
He also seems interested in an Amulet of Second Chances...
Expresses his will about acquiring the whole bulk of items , asking Moire to give him a final price over it.

An armored woman approaches and takes a long while to look over the list of goods. Eventually, and after the other customers had taken their leave, she speaks up in a quiet voice.

"Would you be willing to arrange for an elf-crafted longblade to be made on my behalf? I can pay the fee you cite for such a weapon, and I am willing to meet you at a location of your choosing to finalise the trade. I do not have an urgent need for it, so if it is more convenient for you, I am content to wait until you have time to journey to the elven settlement and arrange for the work."

To both Rhaego and 'the armored woman' she would explain these objects can be obtained rather instantly. She proposes Rhaego to meet her at the Palace district at an available moment, and invites 'the armored woman' over to meet in Doron and make acquaintance with the fines wares and artisans of the elven village.

A silver haired man approaches, an easy smile on his face.

"I've asked around, and word is that yours is the place to buy. I'm looking for a bundled price on three high-end items."

With that he slides across a sheet of parchment.

"What would the price be in total, and how much deposit do you require? I'm James by the way."

Moire noted it down, and folded the note which she handed back. Also she notified her customers there might be a trade run for epic gear within a tenday, but due inventory and other chores, it also may get postphoned with a tenday.

Meanwhile, her assistant will be still around sporadically at least. Seraphina takes depoits that don't need a negotation for price with Moire. Also she passes on messages if anyone wishes to talk to Moire.

Also every now and then she stores wares safely for those customers who can't meet Moire in person.
