Rumor has it that eyes in the tunnels nearing the city have seen what appeared to be two drow, a male mage and a female clad in shining chainmail, accompanied by a svirfneblin clad in stained platemail, cutting a path through the tunnels west of the city. If hearsay is to be believed, they annihilated an entire tribe of well trained goblins and whispers of a cloaked man assisting the goblins, whom escaped. When they returned, they wore expressions of victory and the small one appeared to be carrying three or four crates that looked a heavy as he. The local guard claims that they and another hooded man with a spring in his step and a lute at his side, disappeared into a nearby cave. No reports of what occurred inside...
