Even got my character to 17. So Can i rebuild? As in xfer the xp from one character to another fresh character and have the old one deleted? That would take care of any exploits with deleveling. All questions are good ones.So I screwed up

Yes I messed up the build I was gonna do. Even got my character to 17. So Can i rebuild? As in xfer the xp from one character to another fresh character and have the old one deleted? That would take care of any exploits with deleveling. All questions are good ones.
