As an imp flys threw the streets of the conclave it delivers offical letters to the Masters of the City. It blinks in and out as it makes it way threw the halls then to the offices of the High Masters leaveing a letter apon there desks .

From your ever humble servant usttan offer this new trade to my masters. Usttan have came into news of new trade with the gray orcs of the surface , usttan have put it apon himself to bring in new forms of revenue for our beloved city. The gray orcs of the surface have no avenue to trade and usttan am more then willing to take there gold for the good of our city.

Usttan have sent members of the conclave to obtain these new trade agreements , if they fail in there attempts there will be no loss to my masters for they are a quellar of little standing. But if they succeed they will bring in gold for the city and gain a obscure amount of praise, for all the power and praise goes to the conclave.

Of course the Masters will have to do nothing but take in the new trade and let there humble servent do this task for them. Usttan will report all to dos and give what is needed when ever the masters ask of him.
